Role & Responsibilities

We're seeking an exceptional design leader to manage and guide a team of talented multidisciplinary designers in one of the fastest growing tech startups of the nation to drive it towards becoming the best design team in the industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the team and the work-

Own a team of multi-disciplinary designers consisting of product designers, visual designers, visual communication designers and researchers.

Along with the design leads, manage various design projects and their priorities.

Help the team in resolving blockers. Ensure the output meets business goals,

deadlines and the quality bar.

Shape up product direction and drive design-led projects-

Take part in ideation, planning and prioritization of our diverse range of products & features keeping the short and long-term goals of the organization in mind.

Find out new directions that we can take in our quest to make payments and finance easy and accessible to all.

Strategise, prioritize and drive design-led projects. Also, help to extend the existing design systems and build new ones.

Mentor, Guide and Lead the Team-

You will be responsible for the growth of the team. Help them grow their soft and hard skills. Help them define their career paths, identify opportunities and level up to do the best work of their lives.

Raise the Bar-

● You will set the bar high. You know what quality looks like and how to help product teams ship at that quality with minimal impact on velocity.

Drive and improve the design process-

Iterate upon and improve the design processes to introduce the best practices within the team. Bring in users to the center of the process and encourage design decisions to be backed by user-behavior and data.

Create frameworks and guidelines for the team to deliver better and faster.

Conduct design reviews and status meetings. Facilitate design sprints, workshops, brainstorming sessions.

Prioritize research and design improvement opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping:

Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals with

the help of supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated Area/ Geography and

inform the progress to reporting manager during team huddle.

2. Source Relationship Management:

Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified by

him in his geography/area.

3. Maintain Reports:

Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in the

prescribed format. Should maintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed format of

activities.

4. Channel Partner Recruitment:

Responsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner

5. Team Huddle:

Responsible for attending team huddle on a daily basis as per the set process.

6. Customer Relationship Management:

Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining

relationship with customers.

7. Completion of File:

Responsible for submission of complete application form, documentations and

information

Desired candidate profile:

1. Must be a graduate from any stream. BFSI experience will be given preference.

2. Should have prior experience in BFSI or NBFC sales

3. Open to travel. Must have a Two Wheeler.

4. Must have good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and build highly reliable, scalable and performant infrastructure for media heavy workflows.
• Own large technical deliverables and execute in a structured manner.
• Take the accountability of the overall health of the infrastructure you build.
• Platformize components as libraries, utilities and promote reuse.
• Be able to conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly.
• Lead by example, mentor and guide team members on everything from structured problem solving to development of best practices.

Requirements

• 4 to 10 years of industry experience in software engineering with at least 4 years in Video, Audio & Image processing and streaming technologies.
• Deep expertise with various codecs, compute efficiency, streaming protocols and network topologies for media heavy workflows.
• Deep understanding of your tools: Languages, frameworks, libraries and systems.
• Experience with abstracting requirements into frameworks.
• Hungry to learn, share knowledge, and enjoy mentoring others.
• Data driven, having customer empathy, striving to build best of class, performant services.

What will you do?

• Connect the dots between business goals and consumer problems through product development
• Solve the most challenging problem of scaling and business logic
• Design and develop services using test driven development with near 100% code coverage
• Develop and deploy services continuously using CI/CD on a daily basis
• Identify and own meaningful metrics for success and move them dramatically.
• Prepare and present management updates on key initiatives. Communicate clearly at all levels in the organization.
• Conduct multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypotheses and bash all the myths

You should apply, if you

• Display expertise: Have strong proficiency with Nodejs, My SQL, MongoDB and Caching and with code versioning tools, such as Git
• Can improvise: Understand the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Showcase all round knowledge: Understand accessibility, security compliance, user authentication, and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Can simplify: Can integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system. This also includes creating database schemas that represent and support business processes, and can implement unit tests

Responsibilities:

• PowerPoint presentation editing/creation, extensive graphing and charting in Excel, and general desktop publishing duties.
• Help the business development team in preparing collaterals by editing business presentations to make them client ready.
• Follow design and brand standards.
• Improve and revise graphics file as necessary. Good design principles.
• Work with design team to edit educational material.
• Design and edit expert level PowerPoint presentations.
• Use deep knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and Word.
• Apply creative layout solutions to presentation slides.
• Execute complex and ambiguous edits with minimal direction.
• Support all design decisions with creative, strategic and/or business reasoning.

Mandatory requirements:

• Excellent design skills, and experience with formatting business presentation and documentation
• Team player.
• Preferred experience in Animation, Infographics, and Slide Designing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience of PowerPoint Designing in eLearning content development of educational Industry.

• Well versed in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Visio) is of vital importance.
• Having a workable knowledge of Adobe tools is required to work with Photography, Illustrations, etc.
• Should know elements like color theory, typography and layout
• Knowledge of the design principles, document production and print / digital processes.
• Graphics Animations Skill is required

• Typing speed required min 30 WPM in Marathi and English Language.
