Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs for print and digital marketing materials that align with brand standards and project goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver work on time
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to help them develop their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new design techniques, and software to continually improve skills
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute to the creative direction of the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Strong understanding of branding and design strategy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work on time
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
