Key responsibilities As the Marketing officer, you will own the communication of our offering to prospective and returning customers. Responsibilities include: Marketing strategy: Develop targets and reports for online, schools and centers lines of businesses Plan marketing strategy and social media strategy Branding and Market Research Ownership of branding and communications Market research and customer insights; analyse trends to inform marketing strategy Budgeting for Marketing Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring you meet goals Manage reports to drive the admissions team to execute sales and marketing strategy B2B marketing: Develop strategic partnerships in Selling to schools Expand customer base for online classes and perhaps classes in centers when the world opens up post Covid19 pandemic Messaging about Quality Improve customer traction Produce customer communications and content to communicate progresses made by the Academy. Digital marketing day to day Managing and utilizing all digital merketing channels and tools, including analytics, SEO, CRM systems, PPC, etc. to undertake analyses of sales performance and strategy success. Social media strategy and communications To be considered for this position, you MUST have the following: A degree in business, marketing or related subjects 2-3 years experience running successful digital marketing campaigns Experience creating and managing sales reports, budgets and forecasts Experience in analytical reporting and proficiency in SEO, PPC, Google Analytics and Google Ads, FaceBook Campaigns and such; A passion for education and its creative possibilities Ability to work independently, being proactive and wanting to actively shape our growth; we’re looking for self starters who are happy to produce content when needed. Experience marketing online products is desired (ideally in Education)
• Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts • Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition • Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies • Liaising with events coordinators to maximise visibility at conferences, receptions and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate • Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales • Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
