• Write clear, engaging and persuasive copy for digital platforms

including social media, websites, emails and advertisements.

• Develop creative concepts, taglines and campaign messaging.

• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to deliver

cohesive campaigns.

• Adapt tone and messaging based on brand guidelines and target

audience.

• Create both short-form (ads, captions) and long-form (blogs,

articles, website content) copy.

• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency and

accuracy.

• Conduct research to understand audience behavior and market

trends.

• Optimize content based on performance insights and engagement

metrics.

✅ 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:

• 2–3 years of experience in copywriting / content creation.

• Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing and

proofreading skills.

• Ability to think creatively and develop original ideas.

email).

• Understanding of brand voice, tone and storytelling.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Who we are looking for:

Full Stack Engineer (Position based in Chennai)

The following criteria are mandatory requirements and we strongly encourage that you apply only if you meet all these criteria:

1. Minimum 3 years of work experience

2. Proven capability to understand clients business needs

3. At least one demonstrable stint of architecting a database from scratch

4. Multiple programming language capabilities a must. In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language

5. Willingness to wear multiple hats depending on our business needs will be a priority

6. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in front-end development

7. Knowledge of current tools, platforms and languages an absolute must

8. Hands-on experience in cloud technologies and project management capabilities will be considered favourably

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

• Develops applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and the Microsoft suite of technologies.
• Participates in software development on daily basis. Helps collaborate with peer junior developers in the team.
• Participates in design and development activities on daily basis.
• Develops within & leverages integration technologies like Azure IOT hub, service bus, etc.
• Recognizes synergies & functionality across multiple technologies, and leverages them as appropriate
• Reviews and analyzes business requirements and provide technical feasibility and estimates
• Creates technical documents for software products using Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and other MS Office applications.
• Participates in all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning and Estimation, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Translates technical requirements into application code and modules
• Makes modifications to existing applications and modules in accordance with written user stories
• Unit tests and works closely with the QA/Testing team.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues in a timely fashion, communicating updates as determined until the issue is resolved
• Works closely with the team to help identify the root cause and implement solutions to reduce the recurring defects and issues
• Takes part in code reviews and reviewing the work of colleagues

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience working in an IT environment
• 3+ years experience as a senior software developer.
• 5+ years experience as a software developer or senior developer.
• 5+ years experience as a software developer using the following development languages: C#, .NET
• 2+ years experience in Microsoft Azure.
• 2+ years experience using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops
• 5+ years experience using Microsoft Visual Studio
• 2+ years experience using a relational database (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
• 6+ months experience using Azure Cosmos DB or a NoSQL database
• Demonstrated project experience regarding estimates, planning, and deliverables with a high degree of accountability
• Proven ability working with business, engineering, and R&D teams to translate needs to Application Development teams
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical area or equivalent
• Experience working in a multi-technology environment is a plus

• 2+ years of experience with Angular, client-side JavaScript framework.

• Proficient in Node with Express.Js as a framework.
• Must have hands-on experience in Databases. (MongoDB)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Hands-on experience in building microservices and processes.
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use

1. Proven 9+ years of work experience in managing software development (Android/PHP) 
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
3. Highly experienced with Agile development methodologies
4. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
5. Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
