Job Profile - Hospital Marketing
-Drive growth & revenue as per the plan and target.
-Increase patient footfall and bed days in each unit.
-Design & Execute marketing strategy and delivery mechanism
-To focus and improve all key parameters of branding & promotion of the organization.
Work Exp - 1 to 2 years of marketing in Hospital/ Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical/Medical Device industry

1. Specialized in Healthcare Recruitment
2. Responsible for Nurses manpower for all our units
3. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
4. Conducting interviews and filtering nurse candidates for open positions.
5. Collaborate with Nursing Heads (Regional & Unit level) on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
6. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/nursing colleges etc.
7. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the department head.
8. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
9. Promote company reputation and brand among the applicants.
