The most ideal person for this role will have creative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop market and technology solution services portfolio knowledge. This person will work closely with all stakeholders to evolve and deliver programs and assure they are in alignment with the business objectives. He/she will utilize traditional and innovative approaches to achieve desired results. Essential Functions / Responsibilities Evolve value propositions across the technology stack to educate, raise awareness and build pipeline and leads Build and Optimize digital programs and campaigns for the greatest impact utilizing SEO/SEM and other current tools and programs including social media and web analytics Develop collaborate tools for content creation and management Excellent Written and Spoken Communication Devise strategies and make improvements to drive online traffic to the company website and improve the user experience Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation ; Identify trends and insights and make recommendations Manage Marketing Campaigns , including maintaining mobile and website strategy , work in collaboration with vendors , agencies, development team. Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 4 years digital marketing experience, must be current; Experience in Technology marketing preferred. Must have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies Email Marketing: Expertise in best practices, strategic drip campaigns, ability to interpret campaign analytics, basic html skills (enough to trouble shoot-required, ability to write code is a bonus). Basic photo editing skills. Database management. List segmentation. Experience in content development and program execution across multiple digital platforms. Marketing Automation: experience in any of the bigger marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot). Working experience with Marketo a plus. Must have worked with a marketing automation tool integrated with a CRM. Analytics: A good working knowledge of google analytics and how to tie campaign data to website data. Must be comfortable with the numbers surrounding all the elements of digital campaigns and be able to communicate the relevancy to the team and leadership. Database Management: Strong database skills with the ability to work in programs such as SAS, SQL, and visual basic in Excel. Website: Experience working in various CMS (Content Management Systems) tools. Ability to make content edits and troubleshoot code. Expert on best practices in website user experience. A clear understanding about what makes a solid website, good navigation and effective SEO. Organization & Collaboration: Strong skills in project management, ability to organize, prioritize and plan, attention to detail. Able to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work independently while also contributing to and functioning as part of a team. Strong focus on teamwork and collaboration. Someone who listens well, offers opinions, connects the dots and ultimately makes thoughtful decisions in order to get things done. Excellent communicator and creative thinker.
