This is a hands-on leadership role. As the design lead, we expect you to take the lead design role on key projects as well as delegating and managing the entire design team.
Provide guidance and support for a team of 5-6+ designers. Direct and inspire teams to create consistent and cohesive design work across a diverse range of clients.

What you have:
Experience | 5-10 years of experience in an agency or design studio,
Body of Work | Portfolio featuring a wide range of creative work that displays mastery of your skills, ideas and execution. Expertise in the formal elements of visual design, including typography, colour, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office. UI/UX experience is a bonus.
Proven design-led conceptual and campaign experience; demonstrated success working on integrated campaigns that include digital, social, and/or emerging media.
Experience working across multiple parallel work streams and within a flexible and agile environment.
Ability to assess work, delegate tasks, hire resources and manage the team output effectively.
• Maintain and operate brand’s ecommerce portal, Amazon & Flipkart business portal. • Responsible for the complete P/L, Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing and gross margins. • Develop concept / brand attributes and positioning strategy in line with Global guidelines. • Responsible for developing the Sales targets with E Commerce portals and making 360-degree marketing plan to achieve the same • Prepare the Periodic online marketing budget for the e-commerce key accounts and with the management team and allocate budget to listings with the break up in terms of season, campaign, media etc. • Prepare design and plans for exclusive product ranges for e-commerce partners and working closely with design, product and production team • Recommend e-commerce (online) store promotions in consultation with the marketing team and e-commerce portal. • Ensure that all communication material required for the promotions is developed, designed within the time frame specified. • Recommend events specific to brand, product category and season. • Ensure the listing of all live stock on the e-commerce portal. • Manage appropriate product promotions on all E Commerce platforms in collaboration with the Marketing team.
