Your role: - To develop and oversee implementation of communication strategy and to achieve the desired brand positioning and leadership status - To Formulate and direct implementation of the media plan ensuring cost and exposure alignment - Drive agency and other partners to deliver brand communication and marketing plans based on the brand briefs. Understand evaluation of agencies and creating KPIs for agencies. - Should be able to execute large scale BTL activations and also events for our B2B initiatives - Should be able to understand Consumer research both on the qualitative and quantitative side. MUST have: - 8+ years of experience in ATL Marketing - Has worked in a FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Television- GEC/Sports/Youth channels, etc with exposure to 3600 marketing communications approach - Understands media planning concepts including GRPs, CPRPs, TVR, OTS, Reach, Frequency, etc. - Can evaluate Pre and Post media campaigns and derive actionable learnings. - Drive Media and sponsorship innovations BONUS: - Love sports (especially cricket and football) and gaming

Individual will be expected to have an excellent sense of visualization, composition, typography, imagery and colors. You would also be required to work with Senior Operations on any Adhoc requirement on graphic design. Discussing, advising and initially illustrating ideas to clients, along a provided design brief; Drafting and trialing of various designs to forward to clients; Open, consistent communication on progress and ideas with team members and clients; Adapting to logo and business design changes; Applying final logos across varying graphic business equipment (brochures, pens, letterheads, business cards, etc.); Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
