Job Description • MISSION: Oversee implementation of sales, marketing, and branding strategies/campaigns for driving conversions, instilling customer loyalty, and maximizing revenue worldwide for Yapsody Ticketing, Yapsody Concerts, and other Yapsody products and services • TEAM: Manage Yapsody’s sales and marketing team; oversee development and implementation of guidelines, standards, processes, and best practices for maximizing the team’s productivity and effectiveness • TOOLS: Oversee development, maintenance, and effectiveness of Yapsody marketing platforms and initiatives (including related content) such as corporate websites, social media, blogs, digital newsletters, print materials, PR, email, in-app messaging, digital advertising, mobile apps, on-site SEO, off-site SEO, and applicable emerging digital marketing technologies. • CUSTOMERS: Manage activities related to prospect, lead, and customer segmentation, as well as lead identification and prioritization • TRACKING: Oversee quantitative and qualitative tracking of market trends, competitor landscape, user activity, and customer sentiment as required for furthering the mission • COLLABORATION: Work with customer support department to develop and execute plans for identifying/converting new leads and maximizing customer spend • PLANNING: Develop resource spend/allocation plans, set benchmarks, and oversee ROI-tracking at the campaign and department levels; present to, and advise stakeholders Skills & Experience Requirements • 3+ years of relevant work experience in ecommerce • 1+ years of relevant successful team managerial experience with proven results in ecommerce products targeting customers both inside and outside of Southeast Asia • Demonstrated ability to mentor, manage, and motivate others to perform to their potential • Flawless English verbal and written communication with ability to be persuasive and sell your ideas While Yapsody’s reach already spans every continent (except Antarctica of course), we are looking for someone like YOU with the creativity, vision, and passion for propelling our robust growth trajectory by sharing our vision with the world as we enter a new expansion phase.
