This will be an all-encompassing role covering the complete spectrum of marketing initiatives ranging from branding, online/digital marketing, offline marketing, customer acquisition & engagement strategies and finally analytics. This will also include complete ownership of quarterly plans.GrayQuest is a fintech company focused on the education sector. Our proposition is a convinience credit product coupled with a pioneering membership priveleges program focussed on the education sector. We are currently a 30 member team and actively scaling our organization based out of Parel, Mumbai.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- Contribute to the executive leadership of the overall business as an active member of the core executive team.- Contribute to SEO strategy and execution and sales lead generation- Devise a very strong direct/organic customer acquisition and retention plan for the organization.- Manage brand guidelines for the company- Create communications strategies and formulate appropriate messaging- Develop & implement an integrated marketing plan which would include online & offline marketing to maximize the value of customer lifecycle & retention.- Campaign Planning (Planning, Budgeting, Calendar Finalization & Innovations). Analyzing market, competition & consumer behaviour to deliver insights & inputs into communication planning & development.- Lead the measurement of marketing initiatives/spend & evaluation of change in strategy.- Develop communication plans, calendars, and campaigns; Proactively revise and modify plans to adapt to marketing requirements- Design, implement and manage online and offline marketing programs - including social media initiatives and focusing on building awareness and customer acquisition- Champion regular reporting & analysis of marketing activity, focusing on return on investment.- Create sales collaterals including presentations, case studies and other promotional materials- Generate quality traffic to the website/ mobile application to ensure target conversion rates.- Complete ownership of offline events- Work with the offline marketing to enhance/promote any offline activities on digital media.- Report effectiveness of all digital activity including web analytics, conversions etc. for each campaign.Functional Expectations :- 3-7 years of relevant work experience- Prior experience/ competency or ability to build social community would be preferred.- Experience in devising Marketing Program based on Market Research & Customer Segmentation.- Experience across other marketing channels such as partner marketing, social media, affiliates, display advertising, CRM & email marketing to ensure all channels are fully exploited within acceptable ROI levels.- Constant drive to exceed customer expectations- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.- Excellent relationship management, communication and organizational skills- Prior start-up experience of growing an internet product

Translating screenplays into storyboards in consultation with the director and conducting research on how to achieve this; Carrying out technical recces on locations and preparing lists of required equipment, test special lenses, filters, film stock, decide on lighting, framing and camera movement, etc. Attending the digital grading of the film during post-production.
Work in collaboration with the marketing team to understand client briefs and strategies and effectively execute them; Design, execute and curate a range of design forms like social media graphics, photos, illustrations, etc. and creating digital material like fonts, layouts, templates, etc. for various social media platforms; Interacting with various departments and levels of the company, communicating and presenting ideas Interpret various content types and info and transforming them into campaigns, presentations and infographics, etc. Working on creative pitches and proposals in tandem with the marketing team and management; Staying up-to-date with new digital happenings and technologies across all digital media touchpoints.
