Job Overview Join an exciting early stage sports startup and take on a leadership role in marketing & sales. Work closely with the founders to help grow & define the ELEVAR brand. Role and Responsibilities: PRIMARY - Content & Influencer Marketing o Conceptualizing and creating content – both written and video o Planning and executing brand campaigns while coordinating with relevant agencies o Identifying and working with celebs, athletes, micro influencers on campaigns - Sales & Partnerships o Opening sales channels beyond own website (marketplaces, stores, B2B) o Structure partnerships with cricket tournaments/events for brand building SECONDARY - Product & Performance Marketing o Market research and competitive intelligence o Defining audience segmentation and targeting across channels - PR: Develop a paid & earned media strategy and co-ordinate with various publications - Marketing Analytics: Channel attribution and funnel optimization Required Professional Experience: - Min 2 years and max 5 years of work experience in content, marketing or business development - Strong understanding of all aspects of marketing and branding - Demonstrated problem-solving ability and strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills and fluency in using MS Office and especially excel Important Personal Attributes: - LOVES Sports, especially cricket - Confidence, positive attitude, and patience - Eager to work at an early stage startup - Can work independently and has a getting things done attitude - Demonstrated leadership, passion, and a willingness to learn new skills

Translating screenplays into storyboards in consultation with the director and conducting research on how to achieve this; Carrying out technical recces on locations and preparing lists of required equipment, test special lenses, filters, film stock, decide on lighting, framing and camera movement, etc. Attending the digital grading of the film during post-production.
Work in collaboration with the marketing team to understand client briefs and strategies and effectively execute them; Design, execute and curate a range of design forms like social media graphics, photos, illustrations, etc. and creating digital material like fonts, layouts, templates, etc. for various social media platforms; Interacting with various departments and levels of the company, communicating and presenting ideas Interpret various content types and info and transforming them into campaigns, presentations and infographics, etc. Working on creative pitches and proposals in tandem with the marketing team and management; Staying up-to-date with new digital happenings and technologies across all digital media touchpoints.
