Position – Virtual Account Manager
We are looking for a stellar Account Executive to join our team in Pune who would be
focused on the South East Asian market.
Responsibilities:
Prospect within named enterprises in South East Asia to generate pipeline
Consistently achieve license and recurring service revenue targets
Build a trusted advisor relationship with your prospects and customers
Use Simplifai’s prospecting and sales processes effectively
Ensure two-way flow of relevant and timely information
Anticipate challenges before the prospect does
Collaborate effectively with partnership, sales development, solutions consulting teams
The Candidate:
3-7 years of quantifiable, install base and new logo acquisition sales in B2B software with a strong
track record of success; experience with the full lifecycle of virtual sales from qualification, discovery
to closing
Strong willingness and ability to uncover opportunities by communicating a highly differentiated
value proposition to open doors at new accounts or expand deals at existing accounts; excellent
verbal and written communication skills with strong phone/video conference presence
Experience selling software platforms that belong to a nascent category in the Hype Cycle
Experience in account planning and opportunity management, and running a sales cycle
Experience framing value and ROI to business stakeholders
Ability to maintain an accurate CRM
Strong executive presence + interpersonal, written and presentation skills
Able to work independently and remotely from other members of your team
Outbound experience - Cold calls/emails/events etc. within prospect organizations.
Ability to identify prospect trigger/ pain with the right questions
Ability to learn to speak your prospect’s business language
Cross-cultural – you like working with many types of people across multiple geographies and
languages
Ability to learn what would make your prospect successful
The ability to teach your prospects using insights they didn’t know before
The ability to independently run a product demo
The discipline to meet your sales productivity requirements
Experience using prospecting tools - ZoomInfo, Lusha, Outreach, LinkedIn

Responsibilities

- Maintain Qualtrics dashboards and surveys.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks related to XM platform onboarding, maintenance or launch of new tools

- Work with Business Insights, IT and technical teams
- Create PowerPoint decks and present insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science/Analytics, Statistics or Business. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Extract data and customer insights, analyze audio or speech, and present them in any visualization tool.
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical, customer insights or related business function.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Google Big Query.
- 1+ year of experience working with Qualtrics, Medallia or another Experience Management platform
- Hands-on experience with statistical techniques: profiling, regression analysis, trend analysis, segmentation
- Well-organized and high energy
Non-technical requirements:
- You have experience working on client-facing roles.
- You are available to work from our Bangalore office from Day 1 in a night shift. (US Shift)
- You have strong communication skills.

We will invite candidates for the selection process who meet the following criteria:
- Graduates/post graduates from the computer stream only (16 years of education – 10+2+4 or 10+3+3) having passed out in 2023/24
- 65% minimum marks in all semesters and cleared inonego
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal in English

- Compensation: Rs. 20,000/- (inclusive of PF) stipend for first 3 months while on training and on successful completion Rs. 4LPA.

Selection process
The selection process will consist of an aptitude assessment (1.5 hr), followed by a technical round (Java and SQL - MCQ) test (20 min) and a Java programming assignment. After clearing all the above rounds, the next round will be a personal interview.
