Job description We are looking for a high-impact Inside Sales Manager to build and lead our inside sales engine for Polisiq.ai. This role is responsible for owning the entire lead generation function, driving pipeline growth, and achieving team quota. You will work directly with the CEO to shape go-to-market strategy and scale revenue in the US insurance market.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Ownership

● Build and manage a high-performing inside sales team (SDRs/BDRs) ● Own top-of-funnel strategy including outbound campaigns, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting

● Generate qualified leads across insurance carriers, MGAs, and aggregators

● Ensure consistent pipeline creation aligned with revenue targets

2. Team Leadership & Quota Management

● Set and track team-level quotas and KPIs (meetings booked, SQLs, pipeline value)

● Coach, mentor, and scale the inside sales team

● Implement structured cadences, playbooks, and performance tracking systems

3. Go-To-Market Execution

● Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and ICP targeting

● Define outreach strategies tailored to US insurance personas (Underwriters, Claims Heads, Ops Leaders)

● Optimize conversion from lead → meeting → opportunity

4. Sales Operations & Process

● Implement CRM workflows (HubSpot/Salesforce) for lead tracking and reporting

● Build repeatable outbound playbooks and sequences

● Use AI tools and automation to improve outreach efficiency

5. Leadership Collaboration

● Work closely with the CEO on sales strategy, positioning, and market feedback

● Provide insights from the field to refine Polisiq.ai offerings

Requirements:

● 6–10+ years of experience in inside sales / business development

● Proven experience managing SDR/inside sales teams

● Strong track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets

● Experience selling to US markets (B2B SaaS or IT services preferred) ● Hands-on experience with outbound sales (cold email, LinkedIn, calling)

● Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD)

based on business requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional

requirements.

• Strong functional expertise in SAP MM, and SD modules with focus on invoice

processing, tax configuration, and statutory reporting.

• Translate business needs into SAP solutions through process mapping and best practice

recommendations.

• Oversee the development of functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports,

Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

• Work with business stakeholders to understand statutory and good to have E-invoicing

knowledge

• Map business requirements to SAP functionalities, primarily within MM, and SD

modules.

• Coordinate with ABAP and middleware teams for API integration between SAP and

the government’s e-invoice/GST portal or third-party providers.

• In-depth knowledge of IDoc processing, troubleshooting, and interface management.

• Good understanding of API-based integrations between SAP and government/third-

party systems

• Excellent in preparing documentation (FS, TS, UAT scripts), and support go-live

activities.

• Manage change requests, issue resolution, and enhancements post-implementation.

• Provide functional guidance to junior consultants and coordinate across cross-functional

SAP teams.

• Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.

Experienced Flutter Developer (0.6+ yrs) with PHP, HTML, Rest API, MySQL, Firebase, Python (0.6+ yr). Strong English, creative problem-solver with ChatGPT experience. Build mobile apps, websites, and innovative content. Passionate learners welcome!

Required Candidate profile

Skills:

1. At least 6 months of experience in mobile app development, preferably with Flutter.
2. Proficiency in Dart programming language.
3. Understanding of REST APIs and backend integration.
4. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
• Implement new features.
• Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, Firebase, Python, Codeignitor or HTML.

What we are looking for? 

• Strong proficiency in MySQL database administration, migrations /up-gradation, patching, cloning, capacity planning, designing and automation of database tasks.
• Good experience with latest versions of the database
• In-depth experience configuring database replication on multiple versions
• Strong experience in Monitoring, DB Performance Tuning, DB Availability, DR, Security, Storage
• Analyzes and provides recommendations to optimize database for improved performance, manageability and scalability
• Expertise in enterprise backups, recovery and performing point in-time recovery Experience in deploying and integrating PMM tools
• Experience in data partitioning and encryption
• Knowledge of de-facto standards and best practices in MySQL and MongoDB
