Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing Specialist. They will be responsible for creating and executing social media marketing strategies, social media content creation, and digital marketing. The candidate should possess strong communication skills to aid in creating content that effectively portrays the company's culture and interests. They will be responsible for engaging with the target audience and building relationships with them through online platforms.
Qualifications and Key Responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of handling social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to drive organic engagement and reach.

Role Overview:
We're looking to on-board an enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist who loves delighting customers. The role requires hand-holding customers during on-boarding and making them Astra-nauts (yes, that's what we call our customers & team members!) who are well versed with Astra's platform.
The role will also require collaboration with our sales, security and marketing team. We're a cyber security company with CTOs, engineering leaders & CISOs as our ICP, hence we'll prefer candidates who come with some understanding of principles of computer science.
