We are looking for a young and dynamic candidate who takes responsibility for the digital presence of Kamalan and harmonise our growth strategies across platforms, ranging from our website to social media. The role is intrapreneurial and the Digital Growth Hacker will work closely with other members of the Marketing team, along with external vendors where needed closely, to create and execute a coherent growth strategy across all of Kamalan’s digital platforms. Job Description: • Take full ownership of all that happens on Kamalan’s digital front, and be responsible for execution and maintenance of a luxury brand online • Consistently monitor analytics for the Kamalan website and seek avenues of growth for key parameters • Adopt a channel-specific growth approach to blogging, email, social media, podcasts etc. to increase digital outreach • Liaise with external vendors to execute website augmentations, events, campaigns, and other activities. • Conceptualise effective email marketing and newsletter campaigns for communication with subscribers by brainstorming with the Editorial Team • Propose creative projects, from creative collaborations with other digital heavyweights to building new functionalities on our digital platforms to attract enthusiasts of Indian culture • Identify industry trends and insights and translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results. • Analyse, recommend and lead implementation of improvement initiatives. • Stay abreast with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing. Goals: Manage a portfolio of 50-70 schools in city with focus on program implementation, service, relationship and business growth. Responsibilities: Business Development: 1. School acquisition: Sign up of new schools 2. School Retention and upgrade: Retain all schools and upgrade the value of business within the portfolio. 3. Reference generation: Generate references of new schools from the existing portfolio of schools based on service and satisfaction 4. Collection: Collection of money due from schools on time. School relationship: Build and nurture relationship with the designated schools within the region Program implementation: Plan and coordinate internally with operations, product specialists and product team to ensure complete and efficient implementation at the School on a day to day basis. Service satisfaction 1. Customer Satisfaction: Drive customer satisfaction for the managed schools by ensuring on time high quality service and material delivery. 2. Proactive problem solving– Be transparent in sharing the feedback of the Schools and proactively resolve issues or queries of our clients in a timely manner. 3. Escalate all issues concerning program implementation to the respective people within the organization and ensure resolution of the customer issues. Reporting and Documentation 1. Documentation: Complete all documentation regarding school sign up, collect advance amount as per company policy and engage the schools as per the need. 2. Reporting: Keep all reporting formats, CRM, documentation, etc updated on day-to-day basis.
