What you will do?
- Discover/ connect/ pitch/ onboard niche e-learning content creators in the universe
- Come up with out-of-the-box strategies to engage with potential content creators using various channels in a cost-effective manner
- Help customers understand and imagine the possibilities and potential that our platform provides to them
- Be proficient in conducting live demos and resolving any technical queries that the customers might have

Responsibilities
- Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers, using SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site
- Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and white papers
- Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms
- Edit content produced by other members of the team
- Analyses content marketing metrics and make changes as needed.
- Optimizing current content on our website (page titles, meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)
- SEO-friendly writing (as well as other forms of PR--media pitches, articles, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Experience in Digital Marketing with a specific focus on Google Ads
- Manage and scale e-commerce campaigns of big brands globally Google Ads certified (preferred)
- Working Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Merchant center
- Working knowledge of various campaign types like Google Search, Google Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ads
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel
- Strategise SEM campaigns and align it against the whole digital marketing strategy Understanding and implementation of funnel approach - measurement of events like add to cart, checkout, etc on websites and also building audiences related to these events
- Tracking and setup of all events through Google Tag Manager
- Analyze data from various other sources (like Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc) and find insights and on how to grow faster
- Creative inputs and AB Testing - strategise on creatives and map them to relevant audiences, test different versions and formats to continually optimize campaigns
- Find new opportunities to grow revenue and sales.

- Understanding client’s business objectives and Digital Marketing strategy.
- Strategizing client’s marketing brief & taking decisions for the team to deliver on.
- Creating customized & impactful presentations to showcase performance impact.
- Managing a team of digital marketing strategists and business operations team to drive multiple programs to completion.
- Being on top of industry updates from technology, competition & functionality perspective.
- Managing & prioritizing prospects pipeline – in line with monthly/ quarterly/ yearly goals.
- Helping company grow through performance marketing initiatives for its own core business.
- Working closely with business development & senior analyst teams to provide strategic inputs.
- Leading, mentoring and guiding the account managers in their daily efforts against all client digital campaign work.
- Negotiating contract including renew, upselling and be key contact for any new work discussion.
- Managing the workflow process by prioritizing projects and resources and by working across accounts to ensure proper alignment of resources.
What you need to have:
- 3 plus years of demonstrated track record of developing senior level client relationships.
- Very strong understanding of Digital Analytics.
- Hands on experience and deep expertise in Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Facebook advertising.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to command respect & drive meetings with CXO level members.
- Superb communication and presentation skills as well as a proven ability to develop well positioned and thoughtful documents and presentations.
- Thorough knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing & media with thought leadership around the dynamics of the digital and interactive space, specifically Social, Digital Media, and Search.
- Ability to use alternative analytical approaches to solve digital/ interactive marketing problems.
- Above 80% in class 10th & 12th Maths score.
- BE/ BTech - Should be from Tier 1/Tier 2 college.
