Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Community & Events Associate to support the execution of leadership roundtables, community engagement, and stakeholder coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with professionals, managing conversations, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless participant experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate invite-only leadership roundtables and events
• Engage with senior professionals across our network
• Manage speaker and attendee communication & coordination
• Handle event confirmations, follow-ups, scheduling, and logistics
• Support community engagement initiatives and relationship management
• Maintain event trackers, attendee records, and coordination workflows
• Ensure a smooth and professional participant experience before, during, and after events

Who Should Apply

• 1–3 years of experience in events, community management, recruitment, coordination, operations, client servicing, or similar roles

Responsibilities :-

1.      Design and engineer new next generation fintech solutions.

2.      Implement, optimize and manage the microservices based architecture, end to end, considering various technologies and business stakeholders.

3.      Build the correct database design and be ready to evolve it as per upcoming requirements.

4.      Design, develop and implement various web and mobile app based customer/partner/merchant journeys.

5.      Work with multiple stakeholders to understand inherent complexities involved in building the new solutions on top of the existing product and provide the most suitable and optimized one.

6.      A go getter with no reservations, should be ready to jump in and code if required.

7.      Do code reviews and ensure that best practices are followed

Requirements:-

1.      Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field

2.      At least 12 years of experience that includes at least 5 years of experience in technology architecture with a significant focus on building scalable full stack applications to be deployed on cloud

3.      Excellent problem solving and strategic thinking and leadership skills with the ability to implement complex projects to successful completion

4.      Hands on experience in Nodejs, JavaScript, Mongo DB, Relational Database and React. Must be efficient in building efficient code and DB queries.

1. PHP Developer/Sr. PHP Developer:

• Reviewing (if already developed) current system workflow and database design.
• Analyzing the needs of system and producing detailed specification document
• Create a step by step flow chart or psudocode for computing systems that shows how program code must be written in order to work properly.

• Integrating 3rd party tools wherever required.
