Description:
This role will be a mix of client management and project management. You’ll be expected to understand the client’s goals, weekly and monthly SLAs, and lead a team to delivery. We are looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist who will be responsible for driving different campaigns like; Drip campaigns, Email and Push channel campaigns etc. and must have in-depth knowledge of email campaign management, marketing automation, channel metrics, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day execution of email deliverability, including onboarding configuration, troubleshooting campaign challenges, creating/segmenting lists.
- Strong understanding of ISP/domain-specific delivery policies, whitelisting and feedback loops with ISPs
- Expert knowledge of “best practices” for sending bulk email and list management
- A good understanding of email end-to-end delivery including IP addresses, DNS, SMTP, authentication and email headers
