Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ years of total experience in PR / corporate communications specifically in Real Estate or Miscellaneous (general / multi-sector) domains.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience independently owning PR client accounts end-to-end, including client relationships, presentations, and strategic PR planning

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong, established media relationships and a proven track record leading media outreach, pitching, and relationship management

Mandatory (Skill 1): Must be able to develop, review, and quality-check press releases, pitches, bylines, and communication materials

Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, creative, and strategy teams.

Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have experience managing, mentoring, and guiding PR teams / junior members.

Mandatory (Skill 4): Must have experience handling issues management, reactive communications, and crisis situations

Mandatory (Skill 5): Must have experience supporting new business pitches and proposal development.

Mandatory (Domain): Must have worked either in the Real Estate sector OR across general / multiple sectors (Miscellaneous — e.g. consumer, tech, corporate, lifestyle, BFSI).
