Accounts Executive

Role Overview

This is a junior-level inside sales and student counselling role focused on converting inbound enquiries into successful enrollments through WhatsApp communication, phone calls, and structured follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound WhatsApp chats and calls from prospective students
• Counsel candidates on course structure, certification value, and career outcomes
• Follow up with leads to convert enquiries into enrollments
• Maintain accurate CRM entries and lead-tracking records
• Meet daily and weekly conversion targets
• Adhere strictly to company-approved communication, pricing, and compliance policies

Eligibility & Requirements

• Delhi-based candidates only
• Freshers or early-career professionals welcome
• Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
• Willingness to learn and follow structured sales processes

Roles & Responsibilities:
·Manage company’s various online bidding profiles
·Identifying quality lead and bringing up the projects for the company
·Bidding on various portals like PPH/ GURU/ UPWORK / Freelancer and other relevant online platforms
·Handle the initial discussions and collect the strategic information about the prospects
·Understand complex project requirements and prepare proposal /bid to generate leads
·Continue prospect engagement and account management throughout the sales cycle until closure.
·Independently collaborate with the technical team for presentation with prospects.
·Scout for new bidding platforms and websites to catch out the opportunities.
 
Skill & Experience Required
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of converting the prospect with good linguistic ability.
·Must have 1-3 years of experience in Web Development & Mobile Apps project acquisition and closure through the online bidding platforms.
·Experience with lead generation and prospect management via various online bidding platforms.
·Must have sound technical knowledge of advanced Web and Mobile technologies trending today.
·Lead generation through LinkedIn, database, and other social networks would be an added value.
·Ability to handle the sales independently or as part of a team

• Expert in C#, http://asp.net/">ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core 3.1/.Net 5 ,Angular 8 +,Typescript, JavaScript and REST API Services, Entity Framework.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming techniques (Inheritance, interfacing, extensions, clean Architecture,Mediatr etc).
• Experience building reusable components and frontend libraries.

What do I need to be Eligible for this Role?

• 3+ years of experience in http://asp.net/">ASP.NET and 1+ years of experience in Angular 
• Azure SQL ,Azure Devops
•  Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
• Working experience of Agile development methodologies and of DevOps integration
• Exposure to JIRA or other ALM tools to create a productive, high-quality developmen
• Working experience in swagger for API documentation and TEST UNIT in order to run them before building and release.
• Microservices
• C#, WCF Services, Windows Services, Web API, Entity Framework NET Core 3.1
• Web Services (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP)
• Messaging technologies(Kafka/MQ)
• In-memory databases (Redis)
• Relational databases (SQL server/DB2)

• Development & maintenance of Cleartrip’s product lines
• Involved in entire lifecycle including analysis, development, fixing, and monitoring of issues on the assigned Cleartrip product lines
• Unit test cases – Review and writing

• 2+ years of Product Development experience
• Java, Spring Framework preferred
• Solid experience with databases (Oracle/MySQL) – a must
• Excellent OO and design skills
• Experience with Test Driven Development within a continuous Integration environment (Lunt, CruiseControl, etc)

• BE/B.Tech Computer Science Personality Traits/Attributes:
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills – team player & desires to works closely with teammates, QA & product teams
• Problem-solving skills – Ability to research, analyze & find solutions independently.
