CTC: 4.8 LPA – 5.4 LPA

For Assistant Store Manager (ASM):

Experience: 3 – 4 Years (Apparel / Clothing Brand Mandatory)

Age Criteria: Up to 30 Years

Salary: ₹38,000 per month

CTC: 4.56 LPA

Working Days: 6 Days

(Weekends Working, 1 Weekday off between Mon–Fri)

Job Role – SM / ASM (Apparel):

• Manage daily store operations and team performance.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Handle inventory, stock control, and replenishment.
• Support promotions, sales strategies, and reporting.
• Manage staff scheduling and daily store activities.

Ability to take reference from existing client

Skills:

Product Knowledge – Understanding different types of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, storage solutions, and related accessories.

Sales & Negotiation – Ability to convince clients, handle objections, and close deals effectively.

Technical Understanding – Basic knowledge of installation, cabling, IP vs analog cameras, resolutions, and networking basics.

Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identifying potential customers through cold calling, networking, and online research.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Using CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.

Presentation & Demonstration – Conducting product demos and explaining the benefits of CCTV solutions.
