The product manager (PM) will manage the direction and market delivery of existing products and identifying new products, product features, product strategy, and relevant services.The PM will be responsible for delivering successful products to market in support of the company’s financial and strategic objectives, and advise the features of releases and release timing.

The Product Owner is part of the Product Management team and plays a key role in realising Innovapptive’s vision for the assigned product lines. The role is inherently cross-functional and requires working in a matrix environment, working closely with our customers, partners, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments. The role requires a mix of empathic, technical, business and analytical skills.
At a strategic level, the product owner collaborates with customers, stakeholders and the leadership (a) to learn about their technical and business needs, and (b) to process the needs to define the product direction and roadmap. At a tactical level, the product owner works closely with the UX and product engineering teams (a) to build and maintain a backlog of needs and requirements, and (b) to plan, execute and deliver product releases.

Learngram is a Singapore-based EdTech startup founded by IIT Alums and we are building an innovative online classroom platform designed from scratch that offers all the tools to make teaching and learning seamless, effective and fun. Learngram will be aggressively adopting new technologies, architectural principles and product management to the delivery of complex and high-performance product.
The Product team is central to the Learngram organisation and works alongside Business/Growth team, Technology team and Design team. The Junior Product Manager will be skilled in defining and creating both functional and non-functional requirements and converting these into Agile user stories for use by members of design and technology team.
The product team structure is currently being defined, so some aspects will evolve during the first 3 to 6 months, so a “can do” attitude and out-of-the-box thinking will be prerequisites and will provide ample opportunities for the right candidate to shine and take more senior roles in the product team very fast!
• Have a strong understanding of the customer and users of the product: Overall segmentation, customer personas, their goals, pains, jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) and their business context.
• Drive discussions with product owner and/or business partners to understand the process, the problem, and then brainstorm solution scenarios
• Actively engage product owner or business SME to translate solutions into actionable user stories for use by Scrum teams
• Facilitate and support product backlog management
• Partner with product owners/SMEs to define & refine acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure that problems & feedback are communicated effectively to the design team and solutions & designs produced are communicated to the development team.
• Manage prioritisation of backlog and help with sprint planning
• Partner with developers on reviewing user stories for understanding and scoring
• Work with QA team to develop right test cases for user stories
• Perform/coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business needs before each product release
• Secure approval & change management activities with senior product manager or product owner before release
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information management or Business Administration from top tier institutes or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1~5 years of experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups, writing user stories and maintaining product backlog.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team and familiarity of working with designers, QA, front-end engineering and/or working with engineers.
• Experienced in both lean and agile methodologies (specially in Scrum)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, pro-active and strong sense of ownership

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with great technology background and impressive interpersonal skills. You need to be passionate about people and products. The Product Manager will be responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing, design and operations and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction. Role: Product Manager
Experienced Product Manager to own product lines in the B2B2C space and work in tandem with the other products that we have, all of which derive intelligence from the underlying AI/ML services as well as a SaaS ready platform that we have built. You will use data to guide your decisions and develop solutions to make analysis easier for teams. You will develop a hypothesis, conduct in depth user research, and experiments to inform your product design and strategies. You will establish your product viewpoints and share them with senior leaders, partners, and customers.
