Job Description 

At TensorIoT India team, we look forward to bringing on board senior Machine Learning Engineers / Data Scientists. In this section, we briefly describe the work role, the minimum and the preferred requirements to qualify for the first round of the selection process.

What are the kinds of tasks Data Scientists do at TensorIoT?

As a Data Scientist, the kinds of tasks revolve around the data that we have and the business objectives of the client. The tasks generally involve: Studying, understanding, and analyzing datasets; feature engineering, proposing and solutions, evaluating the solution scientifically, and communicating with the client. Implementing ETL pipelines with database/data lake tools. Conduct and present scientific research/experiments within the team and to the client. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Masters + 6 years of work experience in Machine Learning Engineering OR B.Tech (Computer Science or related) + 8 years of work experience in Machine Learning Engineering 3 years of Cloud Experience.  
• Experience working with Generative AI (LLM), Prompt Engineering, Fine Tuning of LLMs.
• Hands-on experience in MLOps (model deployment, maintenance)
• Hands-on experience with Docker.
• Clear concepts of the following:
• - Supervised Learning, Unsupervised Learning, Reinforcement Learning
• - Statistical Modelling, Deep Learning
• - Interpretable Machine Learning  
• Well-rounded exposure to Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Time-Series Analysis.
• Scientific & Analytical mindset, proactive learning, adaptability to changes. 
• Strong interpersonal and language skills in English, to communicate within the team and with the clients.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• PhD in the domain of Data Science / Machine Learning 
• M.Sc | M.Tech in the domain of Computer Science / Machine Learning 
• Some experience in creating cloud-native technologies, and microservices design. 
• Published scientific papers in the relevant domain of work.

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.

• Must be good in Negotiation Skills

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Non-It recruitment experience
• Good communication skills
• 80-100 closures per month
• Must have done bulk hiring (Blue collar)
• Willing to come with a target oriented area in terms up completion of hiring given for a month.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Master's degree and experience in sales industry
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

• CRM experience is preferred

• Angular.JS experience
• MongoDB query and aggregation experience (not a database administrator)
• GraphQL experience
• Node.JS and Typescript experience
• CSS and SCSS experience
• CI/CD experience with GitHub actions

• Software development experience, one of Python (preferred) or Node.JS/Typescript)
• Experience with Messaging architectures - RabbitMQ (preference) or Kafka
• Experience with docker-containers 
• Experience with Apache NiFi (valued but not necessary)
• Experience with designing or implementing horizontally scalable solutions
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• CI/CD experience with GitHub actions
• Experience with Azure cloud

• Understanding Rust design patterns and writing performant and maintainable code in the language
• Solving development challenges and making architectural decisions by understanding the larger picture of the project’s goals.
• Expanding your existing skill-set, and picking up on various rust dependent frameworks.
• Writing code that other developers use, including libraries, APIs and configurations.
• Building secure and high-performance networked applications.
• Paying close attention to unit-testing and security.
• Confidently communicating and collaborating with your fellow developers in a remote team environment.

• 1-2 year of core Rust development experience
• 2 or more years of software development experience
• Strong understanding of macros, traits, generics and lifetimes
• Experience with Cargo, including dependency management
• Experience with frameworks like HyperWeb, Mio, Tokio, Rocket and Actix (at least two)
• Experience using the Git Version Control System (VCS)
• Experience with CI tools like Rustfmt, Clippy or Rustfix
• Experience writing Unit Tests using Rustfmt or similar 
• Exposure to performance benchmarking
• Exposure to serverless products like AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Cloudflare Workers 
• Motivated by challenging projects, and you absolutely love developing with Rust.
• Developed multi-threaded software and understand the asynchronous functionalities.

• Experience with blockchain and/or Substrate is a plus
• Experience in Mongodb, MySQL, or Javascript is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/ Azure/GCP is a plus
