Shopflo is an enterprise technology company providing a specialized checkout infrastructure platform designed to boost conversion rates for direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce brands. Founded in 2021, it focuses on enhancing the online buying experience through fast, customizable, and secure checkout pages that reduce cart abandonment.
We aim to supercharge conversions for e-commerce websites at checkout by improving user experience, helping build stronger intent and trust during the purchase
Problem statement -
(1) There is ~70% drop off at checkout for most independent e-commerce retailer (outside of large marketplaces)
(2) E-commerce cart platforms allow minimal flexibility on checkout, with their experience still same as the last decade
(3) Whereas user experiences are defined by new consumer platforms such as Swiggy, Amazon, etc.
There is a fundamental unbundling of monolith shopping cart platforms globally for mid-market and enterprise customers, who are moving towards headless (read modular) architecture.
Shopflo aims to be the global default for checkout experiences.

Shopflo was started by three co-founders:
- Ankit (ex-IIT Kharagpur, Oracle, Gupshup)
- Ishan (ex-IIT Bombay, Parthenon, Elevation Capital),
- Priy (ex-IIT Madras, McKinsey, Elevation Capital).
We are a team of ~50 people now (with team members joining from Livspace, Gupshup, Setu etc.). We are located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. We closed our first seed round at $2.6M with Tiger Global, TQ and Better. And we’re just getting started!
As an Associate Product Manager, you will be a key contributor to Shopflo's product development, helping shape our roadmap and improve the user experience across our solutions.
What you will do:
- Assist in owning new product development and help define product features and a product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify pain points and suggest new product features.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, and design teams to ensure high-quality and timely product releases.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring requirements are engineering-ready and well-documented.
- Monitor product performance and product quality using analytics tools, helping identify issues, bugs, and areas for improvement.
- Support senior product managers in coordinating product launches and feature releases.
You should apply if you have:
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
- A good understanding of product management principles and the product development lifecycle, with hands-on build experience.
- Good technical knowledge and the ability to grasp complex software development processes.
- A data-driven mindset with some exposure to user research or analytics tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll analyze client requirements and collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to customize software solutions. You will design and implement API integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless product functionality through thorough documentation and quality assurance.
What you will do
- Client Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to understand client needs and business use cases for product implementation.
- Product Configuration: Customize and configure software solutions, including workflows, data structures, and features, based on client needs.
- API Integration: Design, implement, and manage API integrations with external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve issues during implementation and provide support to clients during onboarding and post-implementation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to align product development with business goals and customer needs.

- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Experience of 1-3 years
- Good communication skills

What you will do:
- Own and build next generation web applications which are efficient, reusable front-end abstractions and systems
- Developing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts
- As part of an innovative, fast-paced team, you will actively participate in design and code reviews to build robust applications and prototypes
- Ensure that all the assigned systems are performing to scale
- Work closely with co-founders, product managers, and backend engineers to decompose UI/UX flow into actionable tasks and ensure timely features delivery
You should apply if you have:
- 2-4 years of work experience working as a ReactJS developer
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and knowledge in any one of the react based frameworks like Next, Gatsby is a plus
- Understanding of browser internals and the network stack
- Basic awareness of application security practices and deployment techniques for frontend projects
- Basic knowledge of testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest is a plus
- Fluency in using Git and GitHub
- Ability to write concise and structured code
Good to haves:
- Experience with React Native
- UI/UX design sense
- CSS frameworks like Tailwind, Bulma, and CSS Preprocessors
- Understanding of SSR, SSG, CSR
