Job Overview:

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered Edtech solutions. You will mentor a team of engineers, collaborate with data scientists, and work closely with product managers to build scalable and efficient AI systems. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in software development, machine learning, AI use case development and product creation along  with strong expertise in cloud-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Tutor & Simulation Intelligence

• Architect the AI intelligence layer that drives contextual tutoring, retrieval-based reasoning, and fact-grounded explanations.
• Build RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines and integrate verified academic datasets from textbooks and internal course notes.
• Connect the AI Tutor with the Simulation Lab, enabling dynamic feedback — the system should read experiment results, interpret them, and explain why outcomes occur.
• Ensure AI responses remain transparent, syllabus-aligned, and pedagogically accurate.

Platform & System Architecture

• Lead the development of a modular, full-stack platform unifying courses, explainers, AI chat, and simulation windows in a single environment.
• Design microservice architectures with API bridges across content systems, AI inference, user data, and analytics.
• Drive performance, scalability, and platform stability — every millisecond and every click should feel seamless.

Reliability, Security & Analytics

• Establish system observability and monitoring pipelines (usage, engagement, AI accuracy).
• Build frameworks for ethical AI, ensuring transparency, privacy, and student safety.
• Set up real-time learning analytics to measure comprehension and identify concept gaps.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor and elevate engineers across backend, ML, and front-end teams.
• Collaborate with the academic and product teams to translate physics pedagogy into engineering precision.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging tools — multi-modal AI, agent frameworks, explainable AI — into the product roadmap.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience in software engineering, ML systems, or scalable AI product builds.
• Proven success leading cross-functional AI/ML and full-stack teams through 0→1 and scale-up phases.
• Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience designing microservices and API ecosystems for high-concurrency platforms.
• Strong knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to work with educational data, content pipelines, and real-time systems.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with multi-modal AI models (text, image, audio, video).
• Knowledge of AI safety, ethical AI, and explain ability techniques.
• Prior work in AI-powered automation tools or AI-driven SaaS products.

Position Overview-

This role would be a part of our B2B sales function for our growing India business. He/She

would drive the new client acquisition and client relationship management.

Role and Responsibilities-

• Use a mixture of inside sales, and borderline contacts, to source a demo with the
• VP/Head of Sales of a lead.
• Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
• Orchestrate discussions with senior execs (CXOs) around their business needs.
• Timely follow-up with clinical precision.
• Manage and maintain a list of interested prospects.
• Deep understanding of the product.
• Meet personal sales targets.
• Given the name of a mid to large company, identify the right PoC using LinkedIn and Primenumbers contacts databases.

Requirements-

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and Hindi communication is essential.
• Education - Graduation (Btech, BE, BSc electronics, BCA preferred)

What will you do at Fynd?

• Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.
• Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions
• Be the 1st person to report the incident.
• Debug production issues across services and levels of the stack.
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realise it.
• Building automated tools in Python / Java / GoLang / Ruby etc.
• Help Platform and Engineering teams gain visibility into our infrastructure.
• Lead design of software components and systems, to ensure availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of our services.
• Participate actively in detecting, remediating and reporting on Production incidents, ensuring the SLAs are met and driving Problem Management for permanent remediation.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure coverage for planned/unplanned events.
• Perform other task like load-test & generating system health reports.
• Periodically check for all dashboards readiness.
• Engage with other Engineering organizations to implement processes, identify improvements, and drive consistent results.
• Working with your SRE and Engineering counterparts for driving Game days, training and other response readiness efforts.
• Participate in the 24x7 support coverage as needed Troubleshooting and problem-solving complex issues with thorough root cause analysis on customer and SRE production environments
• Collaborate with Service Engineering organizations to build and automate tooling, implement best practices to observe and manage the services in production and consistently achieve our market leading SLA.
• Improving the scalability and reliability of our systems in production.
• Evaluating, designing and implementing new system architectures.

Some specific Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech. in Engineering, Computer Science, technical degree, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of managing production infrastructure. Leading / managing a team is a huge plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms like - AWS, GCP.
• Experience developing and operating large scale distributed systems with Kubernetes, Docker and and Serverless (Lambdas)
• Experience in running real-time and low latency high available applications (Kafka, gRPC, RTP)
• Comfortable with Python, Go, or any relevant programming language.
• Experience with monitoring alerting using technologies like Newrelic / zybix /Prometheus / Garafana / cloudwatch / Kafka / PagerDuty etc.
• Experience with one or more orchestration, deployment tools, e.g. CloudFormation / Terraform / Ansible / Packer / Chef.
• Experience with configuration management systems such as Ansible / Chef / Puppet.
• Knowledge of load testing methodologies, tools like Gating, Apache Jmeter.
• Work your way around Unix shell.
• Experience running hybrid clouds and on-prem infrastructures on Red Hat Enterprise Linux / CentOS
• A focus on delivering high-quality code through strong testing practices.

• Work with research and engineering teams to productionize machine learning services for Augmented Reality experiences.

What we look for:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with the following languages (any 2): C++, Javascript, Rust.
• Strong experience working with at least one deep-learning library (e.g., PyTorch, Jax, TensorFlow, Caffe2). This experience should include formulation, training, and optimization of new algorithms.

Also Preferred:

• Prior experience with WebGL, WebAssembly.
• Strong grasp of CPU and GPU performance challenges and optimization techniques.
• Experience in shipping computer vision or image processing products to customers.
