The ideal candidate will spot gaps in our product, identify opportunities for innovation, and turn insights into impactful solutions. You’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from strategy and ideation to launch and adoption—driving measurable business outcomes along the way. This postion is a high impact role working directly with the founders and engineering team to drive product and GTM execution. This is an in-office position based in Coimbatore.
Objectives of this Role

- Align teams before major milestones (feature definition, pricing, launch, testing, post-launch review).
Lead Product Launches & Adoption
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to enable effective rollout.
- Leverage CRM, analytics, and project management tools to track impact.
Enable Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Create training resources, help pages, and customer-facing materials.
- Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to ensure product adoption.
