ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, schedule, and manage all releases across product and customer projects.
- Define and maintain the release calendar, identifying dependencies and managing risks proactively.
- Partner with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product management to ensure release readiness.

Cold Calling:
Contacting potential customers using a given phone directory.
Customer Interaction:
Asking pertinent questions to understand customer requirements.
Persuading customers to buy by demonstrating how products or services meet their needs.
Sales and Record Keeping:
Recording customer information accurately in a computer system.
