Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in automation tool. The ideal candidate will assist in building automation solutions, integrating AI capabilities, and contributing to innovative automation initiatives across domains.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and implement automation workflows using automation tools and scripting languages.

·       Assist in integrating AI agents.

Job Description : 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress for web applications.

• Conduct API testing using Postman to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of APIs. 

• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects and issues. 

• Create and execute test plans and test cases for both frontend and backend systems. 

• Design and implement automation frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency. 

• Perform load and stress testing to identify performance bottlenecks.

• Analyze and interpret test results, providing detailed reports and recommendations. 

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation testing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automation testing with Cypress.

• Strong knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.

• Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript or Python.

• Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Must Have:

  Automation, Cypress, API, Strong Java or .Net coding, Sql

Skills Required 

• 5+ years of strong programming experience on the .NET platform(C#.NET)
• Proficient with Web application development – we leverage ASP.NET MVC/Asp.net core / Web API / Typescript / Angular (open to candidates experienced with Web development and zeal to learn) 
• Experience building applications leveraging Azure (or AWS) 
• Hands on experience on Html, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap (or any other CSS framework) 
• Experience with SQL Server (Stored Procedures & UDF) and NoSQL (Cosmos DB or others) 
• Good grip on Fundamentals of CS, OOPS Concepts, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns and its usages 
• Ability to prepare both high level and low-level design of the system 
• Familiarity with TDD, CI/CD, GIT, DevOps 
• Experience with microservices architecture 
• Hands-on exposure to cloud technologies like( azure/ AWS)

In-depth knowledge in Healthcare and BPaaS domain, Good understanding in Delivery Excellence Framework, Expertise in business and IT processes, platforms, operations, controls and dependencies Secondary Skills: Intermediate to Expert proficiency in conducting audits & assessments in BPaaS domain areas, Proficiency in building, monitoring and testing controls for BPaaS

• Provide facilitation to ensure noiseless delivery and enable best practices adoption & evangelization through appropriate processes and platforms
• Solution consultant for projects to adopt right tools and measure to ensure product & service quality in the appropriate service lines
• Ensure effective governance of projects and deliverables
• Proactive risk management and mitigation, build known risks database to identify and mitigate risks proactively and establish oversight to monitor quality, targets and spending on implementation plan
• Enabling and co-working with the accounts / projects in compliance of regulatory requirements, other certification requirements of the Organization and the Customers for BPaaS domain. Support closure of external/internal audit findings, RCA/CAPA/FMEA for escalations
• Establish Integrated Risk and Delivery Governance models, and oversight to monitor quality, targets, overrun and penalty
• Build process mapping for BPaaS describing the high level activities across Product Service Lines establish ETVX, role definition, gating criteria, SLAs, OLAs and RACI
• Design and ensure operational and compliance controls are implemented, tested and monitored
• Build core competency to carry out DEx BPaaS audits and assessments

• Overall 3+Years experience in Test Automation
