About the Company

LiquiLoans (LL) is an RBI registered NBFC. The LL platform provides consumer loans and has established a strong value proposition in the digital lending space. It is a well capitalized NBFC-P2P with a vision to build an easy to use financial platform serving millions of customers in India. The company is founded by entrepreneurs who have previously co-founded a successful rental platform "RentoMojo''. LiquiLoans is funded by Matrix Partners, which has invested in some of the marquee companies like OlaCabs, Practo, Quikr and Cloud Nine. Marquee Angel Investors.

Our goal is to allow borrowers to get loans at interest rates cheaper than a bank and enable every lender to give loans to creditworthy individuals in a safe and legal manner. We intend to build a dynamic, completely tech-enabled, loan exchange platform where individuals can lend money to other individuals within minutes. We plan to integrate the new age data-driven lending strategies and come up with an end to end, easy to use, online spread of financial products and services.

Ours would be a one-stop destination for all our users, from providing credit facilities to offering investment opportunities. We aspire to develop India’s one of a kind, highly liquid interface where an individual can invest, render and take exposure against existing credit employed within minutes.

Designation - Product Manager

Key Responsibilities: -

• Conceptualize impactful features and product offerings by collaborating with internal teams like engineering, design, marketing, operations and business development
• Manage the product life cycle, including strategy, requirements, target user research, prototyping, user experience journey, stakeholder satisfaction, etc.
• Implement go-live strategies, define goals and metrics for the success of your product/ feature/ process
• Identifying new potential channels that run parallel with the business goals.
• Creating campaigns and strategies that can attract more customers to the business.
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Demonstrate product features to clients/customers, & internal employees
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Required Skill Set:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a product-oriented environment
• Knowledge of Jira, Adobe XD, Google Docs, Freshdesk/Zoho software(s)
• Experience in Agile / Scrum development methodologies
• Crisp communication skills & ability to convert requirements into user stories
• Ability to focus on the task while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with enterprise solutions in at least one area like Payments, Embedded Finance, Fintech, Financial Services, CRM, LOS, LMS, etc.

The project Manager will own the facilitation of Wolken project efforts and be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships. This role will oversee all project functions including but not limited to kickoff meetings, requirements gathering, design reviews, integration support, solution documentation, after-action reviews, and training. For each project, the Project Manager will indirectly oversee a team of one or more engineers supporting the integration of the client’s data with Wolken software, while maintaining accountability to SoW requirements.

What you'll do:

• Maintain resourcing requirements and understand resource availability & allocation
• Manage timesheets related to projects
• Maintain project budget, timeline, quality, and compliance with Wolken project management standards
• Develop detailed project plans that indicate key milestones and activities
• Maintain the scope of a project and identify tasks that are out of scope based on the project statement of work (SoW)
• Escalate issues that may result in negative financial or customer relationship impact
• Ensure supporting project documentation is submitted promptly
• Manage service engagements including interactions with the customer project team, technical analysts, and client stakeholders
• Host weekly project stakeholder meetings and drive initiatives to meet project goals
• Manage the delivery of project reporting for stakeholders to include burndown, RAG, and weekly status reports
• Contribute to the continuous review and build-out of project delivery standards and processes
• Define and develop metrics to measure key indicators including value, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Ensure customer expectations are met as identified in the statement of work

Sr. Product Manager at OneCard 

At Onecard, we're re-imagining the credit card for a new generation of users. Product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. You’d be joining a small team of experienced Product Managers who have helped build successful products at companies such as Gaana, Walnut, ICICI Bank among others.

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager with experience of shipping features in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will own products under one of the verticals- Micro-savings, Micro-insurance or Micro-credit. The candidate will closely work with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers and business folks to identify product insights, create the product vision, drive development, launch high-quality product experiences and continuously iterate.

What We are Looking For

• Have a minimum 2 years of Product Management experience (not to be confused with total work ex). You should have shipped products/features in the past. This is non-negotiable.
