We are seeking a disciplined, serious, and highly skilled Lead JavaScript Engineer with hands-on experience in SvelteKit and Generative AI (RAG & MCP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of 5 Software Developers.
• Architect, develop, and maintain web and native applications.
• Integrate Generative AI solutions (RAG & MCP).
• Manage authentication, security, and DevOps pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the facility management and housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Review and manage admin-related reports and checklists for accuracy and completion.
• Oversee and ensure effective administrative functions within the assigned department, such as analysis, reconciliation, reports & presentations preparation, budget and purchasing research, and account monitoring.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including processing invoices, preparing checks, and reconciling statements.
