We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Category Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading pregnancy, fertility, and parenting startup. As a Category Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and scaling the fertility/pre-conception vertical.

You will be responsible for driving growth, developing strategic initiatives, product/service design and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer roles, strategy implementation in startups, and team leadership, and possess a deep interest in both technology and healthcare.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and Scale Fertility/Pre-conception Vertical:

a. Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in the fertility and pre-conception category.

b. Identify new opportunities and market trends to expand the product and service offerings.

2. Handling Cross-Functional Team Leadership:

a. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives related to the fertility category. b. Collaborate with various teams, such as product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

3. Stakeholder Management:

a. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align them with category goals.

b. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in the fertility and healthcare industry.

Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced dynamic consulting professionals/ strategic thinkers who have worked in the corporate and social sector. As an Engagement Manager at Dhwani Rural Information Systems, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of large-scale programs and will be tasked with setting up and end-to-end management of program PMU from Dhwani’s side. You will work closely with the program owners to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned, and updates are communicated effectively. You will act as a point of contact between the program owners and the internal tech team at Dhwani and be accountable for ensuring the overall delivery of scope and SLAs. Key

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the implementation and delivery of large-scale and technology-supported multi-stakeholder programs.

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Ensure project objectives align with the client's business goals and objectives.

• Oversee project budget, resources, and timeline to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Conduct regular project status reviews, and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication for seamless project execution.

• Develop and implement performance metrics to measure project outcomes and impact.

• Foster a continuous improvement mindset and culture, promoting best practices and innovation in project delivery.

• Report project progress, status, and results to stakeholders and senior management.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies and collaborate with internal teams.

• Represent the organization in industry events and forums to build the brand and establish thought leadership.

• Manage business requirement discussions with program owners and report on projects.

• Ensure overall delivery of scope and SLAs and provide monthly updates to program owners.

• Facilitate monthly meetings with program owners and project managers on updates, highlights, challenges, and future plans.

• Own discussions with program owners on tool integration, new features, best practices for data storage, and quality checks. (For Example, mGrant, Power BI, OneDrive, etc)

Essential Technical Requirements:

• Strong research skills (qualitative and quantitative, impact assessments, report writing, log frame design)

• Experience with BI tools like Power BI

• Experience in project management tools and techniques, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage external partners

Education:

• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Management, Development Studies, Economics, or Computer Science, with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in program management and technology-based projects in the social sector.

• Preference given to candidates with a degree from a reputable institution such as IRMA, APU, IIFM, XIMB, TISS, IIHMR or fellowship from YIF, Anubhav Lecture Series, India Fellow, Indian School of Public Policy, Gandhi, Teach for India, Genpact Fellowship

• Experience working with IT platforms and software solutions is a plus

• Should be responsible for Scrum Master role and taking care of proper Daily Stand Up Meeting with the team and ensure team efficiency & unblock them by resolving their concerns.
• Taking care of complete Product backlog of the Product which is going to be developed or under development.
• Should be able to define proper Sprint Cycle & timeline for particular sub-part of the Product. Should be able to plan the Sprint items in such a manner that there is some needful & working sub-part of the Product is coming out at the end of every Sprint Cycle.
• Should be able to update Product Owner timely if there is any issue/challenge in the development team.
• Should be able to timely raise alarm / red flag to Senior Management/Product Owner if there is any major challenge in the Product.
• Should be able to manage team leave plans and then accordingly planning the Sprint Cycle.
• Take care of end-to-end timely and quality delivery of the complete product.
• Additionally , should be responsible for validating the product and ensure the quality of the product by identifying the bugs in the product. Should be able to timely update the development team for the bugs and push the dev team to timely resolve the bugs/issues.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for owning the company's vision, strategy and execution of multiple new enterprise resource planning systems and 3rd party software with the company's OS.

• Solid understanding of pedagogy, instructional analysis, and experience meeting milestones.
• Significant experience in managing and facilitating learning and development programs in areas of Organisational/ Managerial and Leadership development, Performance Development, Culture & Values, Organisational design, Knowledge Management
• Copywriting and Storytelling skills are highly preferred
• Experience with curriculum development applications such as Camtasia, Articulate 360, or Captivate.
• Quick Learner with a flair to pick up skills rapidly (Self Starter)
• Proactive, well organized and a thorough planner

• Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field such as business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, or instructional design.
• 3+ years experience in Learning and Development (e.g., supporting or leading learning programs, story-boarding, building training content, training facilitation, bridging gaps in knowledge effectively, evaluating programs, and measuring success).
• Preference for experienced candidates having worked on projects around program, or product management with a focus on education programs, course content, instructional design, or curriculum creation.
