RESPONSIBILITY:-

Approching potential leads and close them within a stipulated time frame.

Create exclusive distributirs and business associates for the company towards business growth.

Look after the enyire business growth of the exclusive distributors and business associates.

Keep abreast with stock reports, inventory, product order, re- order etc...

Perform other sales , marketing and promotion related activities.

Finding and developing new markets and improving sales

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• 2+ years of inside-sales experience (preferably B2B), ideally with high-volume prospecting and outreach

• Experience in Singapore IT Sales.

• Comfortable working in Singapore time zone shifts.

• The Associate would be responsible for making enhanced outbound calls following a diligent process toward converting leads

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

• Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle

• Achieving the weekly targets in a performance-driven competitive environment

• Scheduling direct meetings (in Singapore) for the Management with new clients through targeted outbound campaigns.

• Well-equipped in handling the complete sales cycle from Lead sourcing to Lead closure.

• Good Communication skills (Fluency in English)

• Preferred existing experience working in IT Companies.

• Manage relations with existing clients, make client reports and quotations.
• Onboard new clients on our mobile application and maintain a healthy relation with them by catering to every infrastructural material and other requirements
• Set up and conduct business collaboration meetings with companies and our suppliers.
• Identify new avenues of growth, suggesting and building campaigns which can benefit the overall performance of the sales department.
• Convert leads to business with lead generation, customer interaction, and persuasive skills
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
• Communicate with various target groups, understanding their needs, maintaining relationships 
• Identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients, and maintain a good working relationship with them.
• Work with the internal product and management teams to increase sales opportunities for the organization

·        Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.

·        Developing knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·        Frequently attend training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.

Reactjs Developer Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

Reactjs Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• Previous experience working as a react.js developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Development and Integration of user-facing design elements with server-side logic.
• Design and develop backend API services and databases to serve frontend applications.
• Code for multi-platform environments.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Ensure responsiveness of applications.
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proficient in Angular JS or ReactJS, Node.js and JavaScript.
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes.
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes in one or more database technologies such as Mongo, MySQL etc.
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming language. (Depending on the specific case, a developer should have the knowledge of one or more of Python, Ruby, JavaScript etc.)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Academic Qualifications:

• Engineering degree from a reputed institute
