Talent Acquisition Lead

1) We are looking for someone very stellar to lead Talent Acquisition for Pepper. This person's primary role would be Talent Acquisition only and not HR. One of the best qualities should be their ability to relentlessly source candidates until they find one and understand the requirements clearly. This individual should also be great at selling the company's vision to candidates and getting them interested in the job role.
2) We are also looking at someone who has had experience scaling startups at seed/series-A stage to Series C/D and understand how a startup org scales up and the challenges/hustle associated with the same.
3) Tech hiring experience is a definite +++ and we would want this person to stand out in terms of the diversity of roles they've hired for in the past and the companies they have worked for.
