Key Responsibilities: 1. P&L focused - can run the Area like a full fledged business and grow it exponentially. Typical Area business will be of 50 L - 1 Cr per month, which will grow 8-10 times in an year2. Ability to take and drive decisions across offline demand, Supply, Client experience with the right balance3. Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 8-10 people4. Data focused decision making, good with setting up MIS/review processes, ability to use analytics for nuanced decision making5. Ability to network with Hotel/Banquet owners, corporates and open structured channels of demand6. Negotiation and deal closing abilitiesDesired Skills:-1. Successfully negotiated partnerships as part of business development deals.2. Handled P & L3. Sales background4.
