Job Description & Expectations

We are looking for an executive to help a portion of the 65,000+ customers of Sulekha achieve tangible business outcomes. He/she will closely work with paid customers of Sulekha to achieve the desired goals of Sulekha. This portfolio will be managed by the Pro-Manage SME product of Sulekha.

Pro-Manage Boost operations

a. Profile Enrichment of existing and new customers of Sulekha who want to enhance their presence in Google, Bing, Facebook and others as we add on, by working on their profile content.

b. Deliver on KYC and 8 vectors of digital presence that include posts, photos, videos directions, keywords to enhance the value of customers trying the Sulekha Pro-Manage Boost product

c. Email, Phone call and WhatsApp engagement with customers to obtain content and optimize the Google listings & on other platforms.

d. Closely work with cross functional teams including central design team, central keyword research team and marketing teams to deliver value.

e. Pro-mange Dashboard Training supporting the customer to understand the dashboard.

f. Performance Management for the customers, analyzing the profile performance sharing the reports and insights with the customers and recommend changes to enhance the profile.

Education, Professional and Personal Attributes

· B.Tech/BE/B.Sc. graduation is preferred

· Excellent communication skills, with good knowledge in Hindi and 1 regional language. This is mandatory to help with category expertise

· Good analytical knowledge including working knowledge of all Microsoft tools and awareness of digital advertising tools like Google, Facebook is preferred

· Min. 1 year of experience in digital marketing including interacting with customers will be preferred

· Should possess an innate love of data and ability to see new patterns that impact business

· Positive, initiative driven and passionate about digital marketing

· Result oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated

· Ambitious and flexible

Other aspects

· Reporting to Pro-Manage SME vertical lead

· Must be based out of Chennai with no travel involved

· All days are working from office – no WFH envisaged as of now

• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

• BSc/BE/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Spring boot Framework
• Experience with REST- JSON, SOAP/XML is mandatory

• Experienced in Server Side Java, J2EE, Servlets, Spring/Spring boot, JAXB, JAX-WS, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Junit
• Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE
• Platforms with Open Source Frameworks - Spring/Spring boot, XML, Integration with SOAP and RESTful Web Services, WS security.
• Experience with test-driven development
• Experience with GIT and Maven.
• Experience with Spring Security.

EXP-Developer-4 to 12 years

         Must have low-level design and development skills.  Should able to design a solution for given use cases. 

• Agile delivery-  Person must able to show design and code on a daily basis
• Must be an experienced PySpark developer and  Scala coding.   Primary skill is PySpark
• Must have experience in designing job orchestration, sequence, metadata design, Audit trail, dynamic parameter passing and error/exception handling
• Good experience with unit, integration and UAT support
• Able to design and code reusable components and functions
• Should able to review design, code & provide review comments with justification
• Zeal to learn new tool/technologies and adoption
• Good to have experience with Devops and CICD

Good knowledge and experience of working with backend systems; 

designing server-side architecture, including production maintenance experience are must-haves.

At least 1-2 years of experience in any programming languages like Java, Ruby, PHP, Python and Node.js(Node.js preferred).

Understanding of micro-services oriented architecture.

Experience with Databases design (SQL, NoSQL) and analytics

Experience in driving and delivering complex features/software modules from technical design to launch.

Expertise with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)
