Candidate Profile

• 2 to 5 years of Experience.

• Excellent communication skills with good Knowledge of Kannada & English. Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu and Hindi will be added advantage.

• Candidate should be from Logistics background with sound understanding of local and interstate Transportation.

• Open to Travel to Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, AP, Telanga and Kerala for collection of material.

• Well versed with documentation involved in domestic transportation.

• Understanding of Warehouse operations (Collection, Unloading, Packing, Loading, Dispatch).

• Skills required – problem solving, negotiation

• Computer Knowledge is must

Job description

• Manage contract vehicles and hire vehicles from market for day to day operations.

• Co-ordinate with corporate Logistics team, Customer and collection team for timely execution of orders.

• Responsible for timely packaging and movement of material.

• Meeting with clients/site visit to understand the requirements.

• Prepare route plan as per business requirement.

• Resolve day to day operational challenges.

• SOP Implementation and adherence.

• Maintain and share reports.

Qualifications Required • Two to six years of sourcing resumes using job sites, professional networking sites • Any undergraduate degree • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Should have attention to detail and understanding of the business • Hands-on experience of working on job sites, professional networking sites • Experience of working on Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo, SAP, etc.) Preferred • MBA in HR is preferred • Hands-on knowledge in Passive Sourcing (AIRS) techniques, market trends, vetting the Internet for the target companies/candidates information, etc.

• Hands-on Experience with PHP CodeIgniter Framework
• Proficient in PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery
• Excellent relational database skills with MySQL
• Understanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap
• Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API
• Lead the entire web application development lifecycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support
• Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as a liaison between development staff and project manager

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. Responsibilities-

• ● Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat

• Sound knowledge on Sourcing Candidates thru REDEX, Monster & various Job Sites.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Sourcing from different job boards. Excellent knowledge in Boolean function & usage of various job board databases.
• Draft job descriptions, push them through all talent acquisition channels, and coordinate candidate sourcing with the same.
• Doing junior to middle-level hiring for all IT verticals.
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
• Format resumes meeting client expectations.
• Telephonic Screening of the profiles checking for Technical Fitment, Behavioural Fitment, Stability, etc.
• Utilize your innovative and effective convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
• Follow up with candidates and clients and maintain records of progress.

• Good knowledge and experience in IT hiring ( Sharepoint, Web developers, Web designers, HADOOP, Software Trainers, Server Admins, Software Engineers, Application Developers, etc.)

• Understand functional and non-functional testing requirements for APIs

• Document functional and non-functional testing scenarios and cases where needed, on one of the test management tools
• Identify or create data for testing 
• Automation framework design and implementation according to project structure
• Develop test automation scripts using tools like RestAssured and SoapUI
• Must be able to use all web methods like GET, PUT, POST, DELETE, etc.
• Validate feedback, response time, and error code
• Validate XML and JSON body using JSON Parser 
• Raise PR to check in code for test automation scripts
• Conduct peer reviews of test cases and automation scripts

Mandatory Skills


• Intermediate to advanced level skill in programming using Java and/or Python
