Key Responsibilities
- Write and publish content across blogs, social media, email and ad creatives
- Craft compelling headlines and hooks that drive engagement and clicks
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand tone-of-voice guide across all channels
- Partner with design and growth teams to bring integrated campaigns to life
- Research category trends, audience language and competitor content to stay sharp
- Streamline briefing and review workflows to reduce content turnaround time
- Proofread and edit all outgoing copy to maintain a high publishing standard
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form formats
- Collaborate with SEO to ensure content is optimized for organic discovery
- Pitch original content ideas and campaign angles proactively
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of professional content writing experience in a startup, D2C or agency setting

Preferably Insurance Domain
- Candidate with 4+ years of experience with required skillset
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform: Proficiency in using MuleSoft's integration platform, including design, development, and deployment of APIs and integrations preferred.
- Java, SpringBoot, JSP, Hibernate, Tomcat
- API Design and Development: Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, as well as API design best practices. OpenAPI knowledge will be an advantage
- Integration Patterns: Knowledge of various integration patterns, including real-time and batch processing.
- Data Transformation: Familiarity with data transformation and mapping between different formats (JSON, XML, etc.).

The primary role of Service Desk Analyst is providing first level support through calls/web/chat/Email and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests using the incident management and Service request fulfilment processes in line with Service Desk objectives.
Project/Process:
- Responsible for service Request fulfillment, Incident Mgmt (First level resolution) for the End User queries via Avaya call, web tool and mailing/chat system within the agreed service level and defined guidelines.
