Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Director / Director - Sales (L&D Industry) to drive business growth, lead high-performing teams, and manage key client relationships in the Training & Consulting space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, P&L management, and strategic business development in Training, Consulting, or HR Advisory domains.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
2. Drive new business development and expand relationships with enterprise and corporate clients.
3. Collaborate with the leadership team to define growth plans, pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
4. Build and manage strong CXO-level relationships with clients to understand their learning & development needs.
5. Work closely with internal Project Management team to ensure seamless delivery of the training programs.
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
7. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 5-10 sales professionals, driving performance and capability-building.
8. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
9. Take ownership of the P&L for the assigned business unit, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
10. Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecast accuracy to drive decision-making.
11. Identify and implement efficiencies to improve sales operations and ROI.

Key Requirements:

1. 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within Training, Consulting, or HR Advisory businesses.
2. Proven track record of managing P&L, business expansion, and revenue growth.
3. Experience in leading high-performance sales teams and working in a leadership capacity.
4. Strong network and experience in B2B enterprise sales, corporate learning, and consulting solutions.
5. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to analyze market trends and develop winning go-to-market strategies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with XML-based web services (SOAP, REST).
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) for XML data storage.

The Role

As our tech lead, you will work closely with the founders to crystallize and own the product roadmap and then, to bring the product vision to life through simple, elegant design & code that delights users.

You will be the key architect of the product and will help the engineering team build and maintain the product across mobile and web. 

You will own development and delivery of the code- including analysis, optimization and debugging.

Key Skills

3-6 years of experience with backend and frontend web-based application development

2+ years of experience with React / Redux + HTML/CSS

2+ years of experience with Python

Have some experience with databases (SQL, MongoDB)

We are looking for someone to be responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Your primary focus will be custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services. You will be working with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
• Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices
• Ensure the best possible quality of the application
• Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be a confident self-starter)
• Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging
• Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure more than 80% code coverage
• Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production

• Should have worked with an editor such as MavensMate or Eclipse for force.com
• Visualforce page development
• Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
• Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
• Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
• Education: BEng (IT, CE, CS, or EC), BSc, MSc (CS), BCA, or MCA
• Certification: Any Salesforce certification would be a plus point.

Engineering Manager 

Requirements:

Education - B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.

Overall 10 to 12 years of experience.

Agnostic/Polyglot with multiple tech stacks.

Worked on open source technologies – NodeJS, ReactJS, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Columnar DBs

Good experience with Front-end technologies like JavaScript frameworks, React, AngularJS.

Backend exposure – good knowledge of building API using Node or Lambda or python.

Good understanding of ELK, Kafka, Redis and CDN.

Worked on serverless technologies and good understanding of CMS.

Efficient in building microservices in combining server & front-end.

Good understanding of AWS and its technologies.

Should be innovative and communicative in approach and should be hands on coding guru

Will be responsible for the functional/technical track of a product.

Experience with Scaling SAAS products and ability to design from scratch.

Ability to manage a small team of 5 -10 Developers/QA Engineers and guide them on the design and coding best practices

Design and develop SaaS-based applications based on microservices architecture.

Work on the core backend and ensure it meets the performance benchmarks.

Work on the front-end with ReactJS.

Designing and developing APIs for the front-end to consume.

Constantly improve the architecture of the application by clearing the technical backlog.
