As a Senior Ruby On Rails Engineer, you'll work on a closely-knit team with a technology stack built on top of Ruby on Rails 5.2. We like to work with modern technologies, always try to do what is best for the customer and put more value on teamwork than rock stars and cowboys.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
• Lead the technical design and development of major platform components to help our technology platform scale with our explosive user growth.
• Actively promote code quality, organization and automatization
• Build new features to improve psychometric assessments
• Shape our product roadmaps by being data-driven and creative
• Use and promote TDD best practices
• Pair program with team members of different experiences
• Be a mentor when you have the expertise / Be a student when someone else does

Required Experience or Skills

• 5+ years experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience working with Postgres database
• Expert knowledge of feature/end-to-end and unit tests
• TDD experience with RSpec and Capybara
• Strong JavaScript skills
• Strong HTML / CSS 3 skills
• Experience working with a Continuous Integration environment (CircleCI, Codeship, Jenkins, etc.)
• Understanding and commitment to Agile processes
• Great communication, particularly in explaining your coding processes, suggestions for best practices, and identifying ways to improve the team's coding quality

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience developing with React / Redux
• Experience developing with TypeScript
• Working knowledge with Docker

Role: Sales Manager/DGM:

• Working closely with the founders for new corporate partnerships

• Responsible for new business prospecting and account planning across mid-market and enterprise clients

• Responsible for generating qualified meetings and pipeline, leveraging one’s own network as well as other tools for lead generation

• Engaging, building and maintaining key contact and stakeholder relationships with clients

• Nurturing prospective clients through the sales journey, and converting to clients

• Cross-collaboration with marketing and client operations team on lead generation activities

• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Defining the KPIs for the junior sales managers and

• Brand ambassador for Jify by sharing your passion and knowledge with customers, contacts and prospect

Successful applicants:

• 3 to 8yrs experience in acquiring and/or farming mid/enterprise corporate customers

• Prior experience in hunting and converting enterprise scale business is a must; Preference for experience

in technology sales to CHROs and/or to C-suite

Expert knowledge of & experience with development language with PHP/Node.JS, Java.

• Create & manage the team.

• Excellent Development Knowledge in Website, web-application, web-tools

• Good in handling both Frontend and backend Development

• An excitement for detail-oriented work and high-quality finishing

·        Proven successful sales record in IT Staffing and Consulting.

·        Industry (Must place a minimum of 2 consultants per month – MUST demonstrate proof of previous Contract C2C placements during the interview).

·        Excellent communication skills.

·        Must have strong US Prime Vendor Relations Only (NO Layers).

·        Experience with full-cycle Contract C2C Sales: vetting requirements from Job Portals, Cold Calling, Identifying the best consultants, Extensive Resume Review before submission, confirming the best   rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.

·        Ability to develop a Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.

·        Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex technical requirements.

Requirements :

• Tolerance for ambiguity: A get-it-done rather than a wait-for-perfection' approach. A good bad answer is better than no answer at all.

• Iterative problem-solving: which means understanding problems clearly, and rapidly iterating on creative and implementable solutions

• Tech understanding/inclination

• Information Security as Security Analyst (SOC)
• Good understanding of security solutions like Anti-virus, DLP, Proxy, Firewall filtering/monitoring, IPS, Email Security, EPO, WAF etc.
• Hands on experience withIBM QRadar, ArcSight SIEM tool for logs monitoring and analysis,Service now ticketing tool.
• Good knowledge on networking concepts including OSI layers,subnet, TCP/IP, ports, DNS, DHCP, firewall monitoring, content filtering, check point etc.
