- Implement comprehensive strategies to improve onboarding metrics
- Develop & execute events for startups. Help them connect and network
- Evaluate & filter potential startups and get them onboarded to the PedalStart Community
- Analyse startups' needs and offer solutions and guidance to help in their growth and chase critical metrics
- Monitor and analyse the performance of all campaigns, assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) & return on investment (ROI)
- Work on multiple ongoing projects, ensuring efficient multitasking and successful execution
Desired Skill Set
- Basic Experience- Prior experience in Sales/Account Management (06 months - 2 years)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration (MBA) or related fields.
- Relevant certifications in HR Management, Employee Engagement, or Learning & Development are a plus.
- Proven experience in an HRBP or related role with a focus on employee engagement, learning & development, and performance management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities
