Role & Responsibilities

Achieve Revenue and Market Share Targets:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and potential customers.

Set up product demonstrations, discuss technical solutions, and manage complex negotiations to secure contracts.

Market Analysis and Strategic Planning:

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Director of Sales, highlighting performance and strategic insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Seamless Execution:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

Partner with customers during the initial days of product usage to ensure faster adoption and a smooth handover to account managers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack (FSE) Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for development of critical banking application across various business domains. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions are developed, maintained, and continuously improved.

Responsibilities:

Development of business-critical banking applications.

Develop new features for banking applications using FSE technologies.

Ensure code quality through proper testing, reviews, and adherence to coding standards.

Collaborate with design, backend, and other teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues.

Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

4 – 6 years of relevant experience in application development.

Solid experience in:

Java, Spring Boot.

APIs / REST.

Kubernetes / OpenShift. 

Azure DevOps.

JMS, Message Queues.

Nice to have knowledge in: 

Quarkus.

Apache Camel.

Soft skills / Personality:

As a Go lang Developer, you will be working on Blockchain Layer 1.

● Advanced proficiency in Golang programming language, and good skills in languages such as C++,

Job Responsibilities- 

-Supporting Manager in terms of, collecting cheques, handling samples to the client and supporting all administrative work.

-Understand Client requirements and suggest appropriate signage solutions 

-Quotation preparation on the reception of client requirements 

-Responsible for timely collection of payments from clients 

-Preparation of mailers on Cosign updates for customers and peers 

-Responsible for daily, weekly, and fortnightly reporting to the Reporting heads 

• Writing, developing, testing, and implementing new software and web applications in Ruby
• Develop back-end components and integrate them with front-end
• Testing and improving existing Ruby software
• Create sufficient documentation of the software
• Offer customers specific advice and suggestions in the Ruby area

We are looking for a full stack developer having expertise in web development, with experience in React, NodeJS, Postgres. Should also have experience with API development & integration.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop back-end components that are scalable and reusable which aligns

with the existing architecture.

- Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-

side logic.

- Design, build, test, and document code

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide

technical solutions.

- Make architecture decisions that contribute to maintainable systems.

Skill(s) required:

- HTML , JavaScript , CSS , NodeJs, ReactJs, Redux, Redux Saga, Postgres, SQL,

Git

- Computer science graduates would be preferred

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS,

and React.js)

- Basic understanding of tech stacks - Postgres & Git

- Ability to work independently is a must.

- To add new features according to the requirements, to work on regular updates

as per the latest technological advancements.

- A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session

management

You will be responsible for:

- Architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the

teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.

- Building pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.

- Maintaining code and writing automated tests to ensure the product is of the

highest quality.

- Diagnosing and fixing bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that

feels native.

1. We are looking for candidates who have good programming skills. Strong on data structures, algorithms, understand time space complexity, able to come up with multiple solutions and then arrive at most optimized one keeping in mind customer requirements. Should also be well aware of OO concepts. If he / she has a strong background on these areas ( in any programming language), half the job is done. – 50% weightage
2. Next the candidate should have worked on JS  with good hands on experience in a few projects mainly in backend development like making api calls, handling exception, models, data transformations, controllers etc.  – 20-30% weightage
3. The last would be having some experience in any one of react.js/ node.js or even angular.js since some of these are being used in the current project. – 20-30% weightage
4. Prefer candidates with Angular (ver 8+), react (ver 16+), Node (Ver 14+) and extremely good in JavaScript, HTML & CSS
