We’re now looking for a smart, curious, and proactive Business Development & Sales Associate to help us expand our reach and build relationships with enterprise clients, research institutions, and innovative science-led companies.
We would prefer if you are based in the NCR region, and should be open to occasional travel.
What You’ll Do
- Enterprise Outreach: Identify and approach R&D and manufacturing companies (chemicals, coatings, polymers, pharma, packaging, etc.) to introduce bodh scientific.
- Lead Generation: Research and connect with decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of R&D, Innovation Managers) through email, LinkedIn, and events.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Schedule demos, maintain CRM updates, and support founders in proposal and follow-up communication.
- Product Demos & Presentations: Learn and demonstrate the product value proposition in simple, impactful language.
- Social Media & Marketing Support:
- Help run outreach campaigns and webinars.
- Assist in drafting short posts or content ideas for LinkedIn and email marketing.
- Event & Conference Support: Represent the company at expos, academic events, and online workshops.
What We’re Looking For
- You must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering (Chemistry, Material Science, Life Sciences preferred). We would also prefer experience/education in a commerce/business stream.
- Strong curiosity about AI and R&D, interested in how AI transforms research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Comfort with LinkedIn, CRM tools (HubSpot/Apollo), and outreach platforms.

Mandatory Criteria :
- Candidate must have Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes of atleast 2 years in production environments.
- Candidate should have Expertise in at least one public cloud platform [GCP (Preferred), AWS, Azure, or OCI).
- Proficient in backend programming with Python, Java, or Kotlin (at least one is required).

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Backend Engineer with 4–7 years of experience, who has worked extensively on at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure, or OCI). Experience with multiple cloud providers is a strong plus. As a Senior Development Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling backend services and infrastructure on cloud-native platforms.
# Experience with Kubernetes is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, reliable backend services and cloud-native applications.
- Build and manage RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous data processing systems.
- Deploy and operate workloads on Kubernetes with best practices in availability, monitoring, and cost-efficiency.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams in an agile environment.
- Ensure high code quality through testing, reviews, and documentation.
Required Skills

We believe there are few levers as powerful as design by which we can impact a product, a company or the world. We’re looking for a sorcerer extraordinaire who can ‘swish and flick’ their wand and create innovative designs.
What you’ll do:
- You will lead the design team, develop and conceptualize a comprehensive design strategy in collaboration with product managers and designers for the app.and play a major part in strengthening the design centered culture in the company.
- Produce high-quality and innovative design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Identify and troubleshoot design problems across the app and come up with solutions using user-centric critical analysis.
Ideal candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in ui/ux design in product-first companies and have a strong portfolio and have expertise with design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, After Effects) to produce wireframes, high fidelity mockups and illustrations with attention to detail.
- You have a strong passion for designing innovative designs and setting the new bar for the design ecosystem
