Job Title: ERP Project Manager (D2K / Oracle Apex / PL-SQL)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead Enterprise Enhancement Projects (EEP) involving legacy Oracle D2K (Forms & Reports) and modern Oracle Apex platforms. The role requires strong project management capabilities along with deep technical understanding of PL/SQL-based systems, ensuring successful delivery, modernization, and integration of ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end ERP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage Enterprise Enhancement Projects (EEP) for ERP systems built on Oracle D2K and Apex
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Oversee development, customization, and migration of applications from D2K to Oracle Apex
• Ensure high-quality coding standards and performance optimization in PL/SQL
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, DBAs, QA, and business analysts
• Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Ensure proper documentation, change management, and compliance with organizational standards
• Drive system integration, testing, and deployment activities
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 8–15 years of experience in ERP project management
• Strong hands-on experience with:
o Oracle D2K (Forms & Reports)
o Oracle Apex development
o Advanced PL/SQL programming
• Proven experience in ERP enhancement or modernization projects
• Strong understanding of database design, performance tuning, and optimization
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred)

• Experience in migrating legacy ERP systems to modern platforms
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or other ERP systems
