PHE Engineer

Job Role:

As a senior R&D Java Engineer, you will work in a highly collaborative, dynamic environment. Your work will impact a lot to make world bit safer place. You’ll design creative solutions to problems faced by companies due to cyber attacks. You will work closely with other partners such as product and pre-sales managers, UI developers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve the efficiency of the solution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and implement, the software components of Nimesa Product.
• Assist QA Engineers with the creation and review of the test cases
• Write junits and test automation if anything required to have the coverage
• Assist other Engineers with the creation of detailed software design specifications.
• Keep an eye out for technology trends, and open-source projects that can be used.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or relevant fields.
• At least 3+ years experience in end-end software development for large design and coordinating project teams in the SaaS industry.
• Software development experience with Java and Spring / Springboot, RabbitMQ, MYSQL etc
• Must have worked on fairly complex products from scratch
• Strong knowledge of data structure, multithreading and other comp science concepts (SQL or NoSQL)
• Excellent social and communication skills
• Demonstrated expertise in building Web Applications, Enterprise Applications, Web Services, and Management at scale is a requirement.
• Experience with Design patterns
• Knowledge of cloud-based architectures, deployment and operational aspects of Amazon Web Services cloud

Qualities

• 0 to 3 years of experience (or equivalent understanding of product design)
• Strong in UI, UX design principles and Figma/Adobe XD
• Familiar with building web applications, SaaS experience preferred
• Willingness and interest in learning new tech/processes (Framer, Webflow, etc.)
• Willingness to travel to offices in Hyderabad, New York City, or San Francisco

• Strategic market research through different sources to analyze the current trends for having a strong media presence. 
• Planning and working on Branding budgets, competition tracking and analysis, strategizing and scheduling marketing. 
• Ideate and implement marketing plans through (digital and offline) campaigns and programs 
• Monitor/track the monthly performance of brands against budgets and deliver the objectives 
• Monitor/track digital footfall on all our platforms and explore means to improve the figures in quantity and quality.

• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)

• Ensure quality and timely delivery/execution of various Marcom requirements like EDM’s, case studies, video content, PDF’s, Use Cases, etc 
• You will be responsible for engaging with customers to ensure that we receive feedback and suggestions through testimonials, etc.

• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• SaaS sales Experience/ Exposure in product selling
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• MBA with 7+ years of marketing experience
• Languages to be known- English and Hindi
• Demonstrated ability of strategic problem solving and creating/building solutions from scratch
• Seasoned in creating customer-facing experiences and programs
• Demonstrated analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodology and outputs
• Track record of creating a significant impact on customer awareness, preference, loyalty, and share of wallet
• Experience in building strong cross-functional relationships
• Minimum experience of 5 years in Digital Marketing
• Experience in Lead Generation and Email Marketing
• Demonstrated experience in using DM tools over 2 years
