PHE Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented professionals for the role of Process Associate for an International Voice and Non-Voice Process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass, Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate
• Experience: Freshers and experienced professionals (up to 3 years) are encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing team to build high conversion landing pages. Maintain and improve our marketing codebase
• Contribute ideas and efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of the marketing workflows
• Write code using agile methods and tools. Plan, create, and execute (manual and automated) frontend tests.
• Staying up to date with current technologies and providing insights on cutting-edge software approaches, architectures, and vendors

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Front-end development.
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, Bootstrap
• Good knowledge of Node.js and Rest APIs
• Experience in page speed optimization 
• Experience in writing responsive and cross-browser compatible frontend code
• Good understanding of the modern frontend ecosystem.

Accounts & Finance

Experience : 3 Years TO 7 Years

Location : Navi Mumbai (Juinagar)

Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate posting of transactions

Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings (as applicable)

Coordinate with auditors for annual audits

Monitor budgets and assist in financial planning and analysis

Support project costing and IT-specific accounting (e.g., SaaS revenue recognition, R&D cost tracking)

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls

• Expert knowledge in Word press installation, configuration, administration, security, and optimization.
• Desired Experience in customizing existing 3rd party themes, Plugin.

• Very strong in HTML & mobile techniques;
• Strong knowledge of Codeigniter / Laravel;
• Front-end skills HTML, CSS, CSS3, CSS3 animations, JavaScript,bootstrap;
• Experience with Angular or React;
• Popular JavaScript libraries/frameworks e.g. jQuery, LESS / Sass;
• Back-end skills PHP, MySQL or equivalent language such as C#, java, etc.;
• Strong knowledge of source control e.g. Bitbucket, Github;
• Experience with deployment and configuration of common stacks (LAMP, MERN, MEAN)
• Ability to work with design files for web development needs;
• In-depth experience with MongoDB & MySQL, including SQL & PL/SQL, or NoSQL query building
• Knowledge of tools & frameworks such as Gulp, Grunt, Node, Composer, etc.
• Ability to work with APIs;
• Experience working with CMS systems e.g. Magento, Wordpress;
• Good knowledge of web hosting environments e.g. cPanel, AWS, Google;
