Position: C#/.NET Developer
Location: Pune (Hybrid – only 1 day / week in office)
Remote: Can be considered (we may adjust compensation accordingly)
Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM IST
CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA
Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred (within 15 days)
Rounds of Interview: 2 Technical rounds
Client: US-based (Excellent communication is non-negotiable)
About the role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced C#/.NET Developer with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Algorithms (DSA). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications using the Microsoft tech stack.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft tech stack: Power BI, Power Automate, Azure, .NET, and TypeScript.
• Document-oriented — writes clear process documentation, implementation guides, and operational runbooks that support handoffs, audits, and future automation.
• Experienced in supporting Finance and Ops workflows, with an understanding of the stakes involved in reimbursement, revenue operations, or compliance-driven processes.
• Comfortable maintaining and running manual and semi-automated scripts in production environments with care and attention to detail. We use a Typescript scripting environment to run tasks in bulk using against our APIs.
• Demonstrated rigor in process validation, including pre-run checklists, double-entry checks, cross-system comparisons, and reconciliation steps.
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and transition manual or semi-automated scripts into fully automated backend services as part of a long-term automation strategy.
• Brings an eye for observability — proactively surfaces operational data, success/failure states, and key metrics in a way that’s accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiar with change management and understands how to safely introduce changes to operational workflows with version control, rollback strategies, and documentation.
• Able to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams (e.g., Finance, Ops, Customer Support) to ensure shared understanding of workflows and downstream impacts.
• Comfortable working in environments with high accountability, where process errors could have business or compliance consequences.
• Prior exposure to financial systems, reimbursement platforms, or insurance/benefits domains is highly desirable.
• Good Experience in Typescript and ReactJS
• Experience in Azure
Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development using C#/.NET
• Solid understanding of OOP principles and software design patterns
• Strong knowledge of DSA and problem-solving techniques
• Experience with .NET Core/.NET Framework, Web APIs, and RESTful services
• Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational databases
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Good communication and analytical skills

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Principal AI Scrum Master to lead and evolve Agile delivery practices with AI-first principles. This role goes beyond traditional Scrum by incorporating AI tools for intelligent sprint planning, backlog prioritization, productivity analytics, and workflow automation. You will be responsible for coaching cross-functional teams on agile best practices while embedding AI-based velocity forecasting, task triage, and intelligent retrospectives. As part of VietPay’s transformation journey, your leadership will help ensure delivery velocity, innovation, and data-driven execution.
This role requires deep expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, strong facilitation skills, and a proactive approach to coaching teams, removing roadblocks, and driving continuous improvement. Additionally, the Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners to align sprint planning with the overall product roadmap and organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
· AI-Driven Agile Facilitation
o Run agile ceremonies using AI tools (e.g., Jira AI Assist, ClickUp Brain) for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
o Automate task prediction, story point estimation, and workflow triage with intelligent assistants.
o Guide teams in AI-powered test generation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
o Track metrics via dashboards and predictive analytics; promote feedback loops using AI tools.
o Champion AI-first practices across the agile lifecycle.
· Product & Sprint Alignment
o Align backlog priorities and sprint goals with product vision.
o Manage scope, capacity, and commitments collaboratively with Product Owners and Tech Leads.
· Team Coaching & Enablement
o Foster a high-performing, psychologically safe team culture.
o Mentor team members on agile roles and AI-integrated workflows.
· Impediment & Risk Management
o Proactively remove blockers, manage risks, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
o Introduce automation and AI tools to streamline delivery.
Required Skills:
· Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, preferably with AI-integrated workflows.
· Strong command of Scrum principles, ceremonies, and artifacts with a track record of facilitating AI- first sprints.
· Experience using AI-enhanced agile tools (e.g., Jira AI Assist, ClickUp Brain, Relevance AI) for planning, tracking, and reporting.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills—especially in coaching teams through AI tool adoption.
· Familiarity with prompt engineering to support AI-generated testing, documentation, or backlog refinement.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sprint data through intelligent dashboards and predictive models.
· Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
· Knowledge of software development life cycles and experience collaborating with AI/ML teams.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PSM) are a plus.

Mandatory Criteria (Can't be neglected during screening) :
- Candidate Must have Project management experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, including the ability to write, optimize, and debug complex queries (joins, CTEs, subqueries).
- Must have experience in Treasury Module.
- Should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
- 3+ years of implementation experience is required.
- Looking candidates from Fintech company ONLY. ( Candidate should have Strong knowledge of fintech products, financial workflows, and integrations )
- Candidate should have Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project management platforms.
- Candidate should have Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects from scratch.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Implementation Lead to drive the onboarding and implementation of our platform for new and existing fintech clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of financial systems, implementation methodologies, and client management. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure timely, accurate, and seamless deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise fintech clients
- Translate client requirements into detailed implementation plans and configure solutions accordingly.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and integration
- Oversee ETL processes – extract, transform, and load financial data across systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Support
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple stakeholders and client touchpoints
- Document processes, client requirements, and integration flows in detail.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on implementation/project management experience
- Proven experience delivering projects in Fintech, SaaS, or ERP environments
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
- Hands-on SQL experience, including the ability to write and debug complex queries (joins, CTEs, subqueries)
- Experience working with ETL pipelines or data migration processes
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project tracking systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive client success
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience implementing financial automation tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Blackline)
- Familiarity with API integrations and basic data mapping
- Experience in agile/scrum-based implementation environments
- Exposure to reconciliation, book closure, AR/AP, and reporting systems
- PMP, CSM, or similar certifications
