Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Adtech Sales Executive to

join our growing sales team and contribute to our revenue growth. In this role, you will

assist in driving sales initiatives, building relationships with clients, and promoting our

Responsibilities:

● Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and exceeding sales goals.

● Assist in the development and execution of strategic sales plans to drive business

growth and expand our customer base.

● Help identify target brands and new business opportunities that will utilize our

advertising platform through data-driven marketing methods.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.

● Present our adtech solutions to clients, emphasizing their unique value and

benefits.

● Participate in negotiations and support efforts to secure contracts and close deals

with clients.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development,

marketing, and customer support, to align sales strategies with business

objectives.

● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market

developments to identify opportunities for growth.

● Provide regular sales updates and feedback to senior management, highlighting

key metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● Preferred experience from Out of Home (OOH) agencies or media owners.

● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage clients

effectively.

● Understanding of adtech platforms, programmatic advertising, and the digital

marketing ecosystem.

● Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Willingness to travel as needed.

1) Be open to learn new frameworks like Hapi.JS , Typescript , Nest.JS

2) Strong DB concepts , and hands on knowledge on MongoDB , REDIS

3) Experience working with micro-services will be a plus

4) Experience working with JWT and IAM systems will be a plus

5) Experience working with Postman , Swagger will be a plus

6) TDD knowledge is an advantage and also working with Unit Test code and familiar with test code coverage concepts.

7) Strong operating system knowledge is a plus with knowledge of how to manage threads.

8) Working experience with RabbitMQ , Kafka will be a plus

9) Strong knowledge of JS internals is a must.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–6 years of experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, ReactJS, and MS SQL, with exposure to Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full technology stack and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust full stack applications using .NET Core, C#, ReactJS, and MS SQL.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs to support scalable frontend/backend integration.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to best coding practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality and ensure high test coverage.
• Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure and contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills:

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience with .NET Core and C# development.
• Proficient in ReactJS and modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design principles.
• Experience working with MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (K8s).
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have provable proficiency in Golang, MongoDB/SQL Server/MySQL, Web Service/REST API/WCF, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript/JQuery

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Golang Web Application.

• Must be familiar with Golang Programming Language, MongoDB/SQL Server.

• Well-experienced and knowledgeable in Go routine and channel patterns, Go web frameworks, AngularJs/VueJs/ReactJs, and RESTful Web Services/ Web API.

• Must understand code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial.

• The candidate must be self-driven, smart, and self-motivated with good communication skills.

• A go-getter and sales enthusiast who takes all the monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals seriously.

• Must have updated knowledge of IT services and industry.

• Should work closely with Business heads and help them with data and reports regarding the customers and their competitors.
