Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

At UIUX Studio Pvt. Ltd., we’re passionate about creating visually stunning designs that inspire and engage. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative designs for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to create visual concepts for various design projects, including social media assets, websites, advertisements, brochures, and more.
• Assist in the creation of graphics, layouts, and templates for digital and print materials.
• Edit and retouch images as needed, ensuring high-quality visual output.
• Follow design briefs and feedback to execute design projects within deadlines.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different channels.
• Work with marketing and content teams to ensure designs meet the specific needs and objectives of campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve skills and contribute new ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
• Knowledge of basic typography, layout design, and color theory.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design consistency.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of web design and digital content creation is a plus.

🔹 Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter framework for cross-platform mobile app development (Android & iOS).
• Solid experience in PHP (Laravel / CodeIgniter preferred) for backend development.
• Proficient in creating and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of MySQL / PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with version control tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 - 11 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proven experience with React.js and related technologies (e.g., Redux, React Router, Hooks, Context API).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Server Sent Events, WebSocket's
• Hand’s on experience with web components, micro frontends
• Deep understanding of browser apis like history, intersection observer, event handling, virtual panes, drag and drop etc
• Ability to work on a complex and fast moving code base.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and its integration with React applications.

Qualifications, Experience Skillset

• Masters/Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
• 1-2 years Inside Sales/tele-calling experience
• Exposure in IT Sales, Software sales or EdTech preferred.
• Well-verse with CRM tools, Digital/social media, web conferencing, etc.
• Intuitive and insightful, particularly in human behavior.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
• Excellent written + verbal communication , Tele-calling skills convincing approach.
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
• Must own a Laptop Smartphone.

• Designing and developing user interfaces using angular best practices.
• Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.
• Writing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Developing product analysis tasks.
• Making complex technical and design decisions for Angular projects-

Key roles:

·       Develop backend application with clean code practices foe the application

·       Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic

·       Troubleshoot and debug application

·       Gather and address technical and design requirements

·       Build reusable code and libraries for future user-facing

·       Communicate with other third-party team for collaborations

Skillset:

·       Core Java - Hands on experience with Jdk 11 and above

·       Experience with code hosting and collaboration tools like Bitbucket/Github/GitLab

·       Microservice architecture - Rest API calls, inter-service exception handling

·       Non-relational DB - MongoDB basic DB commands to insert, update, delete, find records and Indexing

·       Springboot framework - Spring Data JPA, ORM

·       Event driven architecture - Kafka

·       Tools like Postman, Jenkins, Doppler, IDE, MongoDB atlas

Qualifications:

·       UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Any Specialization, BCA in Any Specialization

·       PG: Any Postgraduate

A strong background in Azure OR Amazon Web Services (AWS) or a similar cloud platform is a must-have, certification is a plus.

Excellent technical skills and knowledge include but not limited to: cloud methodologies like PaaS and SaaS; programming languages such as Python, Java, .Net; orchestration systems such as Chef, Ansible, Terraform; Azure IaaS servers; PowerShell scripting.

Fully aware of the DevOps cycle with hands-on on deployment models to the cloud.

Experience working with Docker and related containerization technologies.

Experience working on orchestration platforms such as AKS, RedHat OpenShift etc.

Extensive knowledge working with logging and monitoring tools such as EFK, visualization tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

Exposure to security alert monitoring tools.
