Role & Responsibilities

Extract insights from large datasets to support data-driven decision-making

Develop and automate routine dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly KPI tracking

Conduct custom analyses to optimize user onboarding, activation, conversion, and retention funnels

Cohort users and track actual and predicted Lifetime Value (LTV)

Build forecast models and create meaningful alerts for business leaders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define short and long-term strategic focus areas

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to relevant teams

Create, standardize and maintain documentation frameworks and taxonomy across businesses

Ideal Candidate

Expertise in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python, R), dashboard creation and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI among others) for effective reporting at various organizational levels

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels with the agility to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment

Proven ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design for robust hypothesis testing

Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies in digital product environments

Skill in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential leads and convert them into active clients.
• Explain the account opening process clearly and assist clients in completing documentation and KYC requirements.
• Guide clients through broker platform registration (e.g., MT4/MT5).
• Follow up regularly to ensure clients fund their trading accounts.
• Coordinate with broker partners to resolve onboarding issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress in CRM and report daily/weekly updates to the team lead or manager.
• Educate clients on basic platform use, signal access, and trading readiness.
• Act as the first point of contact for new clients and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of trading platforms (MT4, MT5, etc.) and brokerage operations is a plus.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and self-motivate.

Summary of Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Product Manager, we expect you to bring a fresh pair of eyes for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working to deliver winning products. 

Must Have Background for this Role:

• Min 4-6 years of strong experience in product management role.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

Required Skills for this Role: 

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Build innovative financial products in a cross-functional team. Deeply understand the needs and problems of our users. 
• Develop product positioning strategies.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure developers understand the required functionality and are building the right functionality to meet the market need and are easy to implement and maintain.

• Document and manage the user experience.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities.
• Deliver a monthly revenue forecast.

As we are looking to expand our courses all over the country, we need a freelancer who can translate and do voiceovers for our courses. These are technical courses, and people with prior experience in translating technical content are preferred.

• Should have a studio setup where you can record audio and edit videos
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in translating technical content

Applicants failing to meet these criteria will not be considered for the role.
