Technical Architect

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who understands both AI technology and the industrial manufacturing landscape. This person will be responsible for driving awareness, generating demand, and positioning our AI solutions as a critical tool for modern manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to promote AI products tailored for the manufacturing sector.
• Craft messaging, positioning, and value propositions based on a deep understanding of manufacturing challenges and AI capabilities.
• Create high-impact content: case studies, product briefs, whitepapers, videos, webinars, and customer success stories.
• Work closely with product, sales, and data science teams to translate complex features into customer-focused benefits.
• Plan and manage industry-specific campaigns using digital marketing, email outreach, LinkedIn, and webinars.
• Represent the brand at manufacturing tech expos, webinars, and customer demos.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
• Support lead generation and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) activities focused on key enterprise clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, AI/ML products, or industrial/manufacturing tech.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing domain (automotive, steel, FMCG, pharma, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, computer vision, digital twins, etc.
• Proficiency in content marketing, digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in a simple, compelling manner.
• Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and continuously improve marketing performance.

Preferred:

• Experience in working with data-driven platforms or IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things).
• Exposure to CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and sales.

Python Automation Engineer -

JD : 

• Engage with development teams to improve the quality of the application.
• Provide in-depth technical mentoring across the test automation team.
• Provide highly innovative solutions to automatically qualify the application.
• Routinely exercise independent judgment in test automation methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.

Experience/Exposure:

• Mid-level programming skills in Python
• Experience with UI driven test automation framework such as selenium, Playwright
• Experience with CI/CD tool
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software / hardware configuration problems
• Strong analytical & problem solving, documentation, and communication skills
• Passion for product quality and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Qualifications:

Primary Skill Set:

5+ years for experience in developing highly scalable, reliable, secure web applications
Experience with React.js, Node.js, Redux, flux, Javascript (preferably TypeScript).
Atleast 1 years of experience in product or SaaS development.
Excellent Team management, communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong CS fundamentals like data structures and especially the asynchronous challenges that are faced by JavaScript developers regularily.


Preferable Skillset:

One year of experience using AWS services, such as Lambda, SES, SQS, EC2, RDS, ELB’s and have knowledge of VPC’s (AWS and/or RightScale knowledge a plus.
Proficient with the Webpack,Jest, Eslint, Jenkins, Docker, Enzyme.
Experience designing data persistence and caching concepts using both SQL and NoSQL DBMS (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, etc.) and client side storage
Profile and improve frontend performance

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS. 
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture. 
• Implement a caching layer wherever possible. 
• Optimize the API for high performance and scalability. 
• Write unit tests for API Testing.
• Automate the code testing and deployment process.

Skills Required: 

• At least 2 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds. 
• Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database. 
• Good knowledge in postgre
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases. 
• Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j. 
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs. 
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks. 
• Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks. 
• Experience with Web sockets, Service Workers, and Web Push Notifications. 
• Familiar with NodeJS profiling tools. 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. 
• Good knowledge of creating and maintaining DevOps infrastructure on cloud platforms. 
• Should be a fast learner and a go-getter — without any fear of trying out new things Preferences. 
• Experience building a large scale social or location-based app

Other requirements

1. Knowledge in NextJS, React, NodeJS, HTML, JavaScript, CSS,ES6/TypeScript, Redux, React Hooks

2. Basic knowledge on version control and continuous integration systems (e.g., Git)

3. Good to have knowledge of Python, AWS, or Google Cloud

4. Good problem-solving skills, logical thinking ability, strong coding fundamentals

5. Willing to work in the startup environment, challenge yourself and grow

6. Based in Bangalore and willing to work from our office

• Have 3+ years of experience in Python development
