Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial interior fit-out projects involving glass partitions, storefronts, modular installations, and digital door locks. The ideal candidate should have a background in construction/interior project management and strong on-site execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage commercial interior fit-out projects from start to finish
- Supervise on-site execution including installation of glass partitions, modular units, and storefronts
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Manage project timelines, materials, budget, and manpower
- Prepare progress reports and ensure quality and client satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial interiors / construction projects
- Experience in glass partitions, modular furniture, or storefront systems preferred
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and safety regulations
- Proven team management and vendor coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project management tools
Qualifications
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related field
- Willing to travel to sites as needed
