Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Area Sales Manager to drive B2B sales in the school segment across Thrissur and Cochin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with school decision-makers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new schools in the assigned territory (Thrissur & Cochin).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, school management, and key decision-makers.
• Pitch educational products/services to schools and ensure timely closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product demos and training sessions for clients.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competition and market trends to strategize accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups via CRM tools or reporting formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is a plus).
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector or similar.
• Prior experience in school sales will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel locally within assigned areas (Thrissur & Cochin).

A coding enthusiast who loves writing elegant code and developing software systems.

As a senior java developer, you will be a part of the core product development team that is responsible for building high-performant components of the TAPPP platform.

Your responsibility:

• You will be responsible for designing, coding, reviewing, testing, and bug-fixing different modules of the software product that needs to work seamlessly across different environments.
• Write production-quality code in Java, J2EE, and Spring
• You will work in an agile team, working on the TAPPP revolutionary platform. You‘ll be using cutting-edge solutions (Spring Boot, Docker, Kafka, Redis, Continuous Delivery) for creating and maintaining high-load distributed services that are part of our messaging platform.

Mandatory technical skills:

• Hands-on experience with

• Collaboratively work with UX team, product managers, back-end engineers and other technical teams to create new, delightful and scalable UI

The ideal candidate must - 

• 5+ years of experience working with React or React-based frameworks

• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT Tokens
