• Manage end-to-end service delivery for multiple clients, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to SLAs.
• Act as the single point of contact for client communication related to service delivery performance and improvements.
• Monitor service performance metrics and initiate corrective and preventive actions to address service issues.
• Drive continual service improvement initiatives and process optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical teams, and support staff.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new projects and services.
• Conduct regular service reviews with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Handle escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and enhance client satisfaction by fostering strong relationships and ensuring proactive communication.
• Prepare and present reports on service performance, risk mitigation, and improvements.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

• MBA in Marketing/management or a related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or customer success roles in a service-based environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing service teams and delivering services across various technologies or domains.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Proven track record of improving client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
•  Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
• Ability to think critically and address client concerns efficiently.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To coordinate with the sales team to deliver proposals, solutions etc. (including Request for proposals, request for information, idea and solution generation, road-map creation, and more)
• Coordinate with the tech team to generate appropriate project estimates and to come up with execution timelines and milestones.
• Where relevant, support sales team by presenting solution to prospects and clients.
• Ensure that the proposed (technical) solution is suitable for development, its associated architecture and also get the timelines required to develop the proposed scope.
• To build knowledge repository for further business development.
• To prepare case studies of all projects.
• Be updated with latest industry and technology trends, and to market research.
• Conduct account specific research on key accounts.
• Create solution frameworks for industries / domain we choose to play in.
• Provide support to sales team for any presentations and collaterals on our service offerings.
• Create and maintain a catalogue of service offerings along with necessary collateral in terms of presentations, documents etc.

- Familiarity with digital technologies (trends, key players, and more) as well as with software -

Position: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in inside sales representative role (ISR), preferably in the IT Sales, IT Services Sales and would be an advantage if related to financial services (FinTech) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through proactive communication.
• Understand the needs and pain points of clients and effectively communicate how Zybisys products and services can address their requirements.
• Collaborate with the Field sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update client information, and generate reports.

• Upsell additional products or services to existing clients based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding product features, pricing, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in inside sales, with experience in IT services. Experience in fintech domain would be added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand clients needs quickly and effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Build cutting-edge, scalable systems by writing simple and efficient code, and pushing your design and architecture limits for new product development

UI/UX Designer role:

DISPRZ is looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about resolving user pain points and delivering amazing customer experiences through customer empathy and great design.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
• Employ techniques for discovering, recording, and communicating the customer's experience (mental modelling, journey mapping, etc.).

Job Specifications

• A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio of design projects
