We are seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, analytics, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing social media accounts, and driving community growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other social media analytics tools.
• Run paid social media campaigns and optimize them for reach and conversion.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Develop reports and insights to improve social media strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Associate, you will do:

• Student Counseling: Advise prospective students about Airblack’s makeup and beauty courses through various communication channels
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive enrollment numbers and contribute to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants
• Event Participation: Be an active part of video counseling sessions, admissions events, and tele-calling initiatives to boost enrollment

REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for a Front-End Engineer to help us scale and go deep on our technical capabilities.

• 4 -12 years of professional front-end development experience
• Hands-on experience with Front end technologies - JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with React Ecosystem (React Router, Styled-components, Server-side rendering, Context API, React Hooks) is strongly preferred
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux is a huge plus.
