A Day in the Life

• Monitor network performance, security alerts, and endpoint events
• Troubleshoot L2/L3 network and firewall issues in production
• Configure and optimize routing, switching, VPNs, and SD-WAN links
• Review firewall rules, access policies, and security posture
• Support load balancers and proxy systems for application traffic
• Coordinate with cloud, infrastructure, and application teams during deployments
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, and multi-site network environments
• Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Configure and manage DNS services, including internal name resolution and troubleshooting
• Manage network security controls such as firewall rules, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and access policies
• Configure and support SD-WAN solutions for optimized connectivity and resilience
• Implement and maintain L4/L7 load balancers for high availability and traffic distribution
• Administer proxy servers for secure internet access and content filtering
• Manage endpoint security solutions (Sophos XDR preferred) including threat detection and incident response
• Perform root cause analysis for network and security incidents
• Maintain network documentation, IP addressing schemes, diagrams, and SOPs
• Collaborate with server, cloud, application, and security teams during changes and upgrades

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to support customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives. The Business Development Associate will work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs, contribute to sales strategies, and help deliver solutions that create long-term value for clients and the organization.

A Day in the Life

• Identify and connect with prospective clients through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Support the sales pipeline by qualifying leads and scheduling discovery conversations.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and onboarding teams to craft tailored customer solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and monitor pipeline health.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities within the payments space.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable, and compliant architectures for payment gateway, payout, and POS systems.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the integration of new payment methods, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Ensure solutions adhere to financial regulations and industry standards such as PCI DSS.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural designs.
• Innovate solutions to optimize transaction processing speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Stay ahead of emerging fintech trends, including blockchain, AI-based fraud detection, and tokenization.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software architecture or related roles, with a focus on fintech or payments.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying secure APIs and payment processing systems.
• Strong understanding of PCI DSS compliance, data security, and encryption standards.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in high-volume transaction systems with low-latency requirements.
• Knowledge of emerging payment technologies like blockchain, UPI, and real-time payments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

A Day in the Life:

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand feature requirements.
• Review feature specifications and design detailed test cases.
• Perform manual tests on payment gateway systems, including transaction flows and API validations.
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA and prioritize them for resolution.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability after updates.
• Participate in team discussions to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Document test results and prepare for upcoming sprint activities.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• 5 - 7 years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in payment gateways, fintech, or banking systems.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and encryption (TLS, AES, RSA). Familiarity with PCI-DSS, PSD2, GDPR, and AML/KYC processes.
• Proficiency in SQL for database validation (transaction logs, ledger entries).
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, Postman, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of blockchain-based payouts (optional but a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for payment processing, refunds, chargebacks, settlements, and fraud detection. Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, PSD2, and other financial regulations.
2. Functional & Integration Testing: Validate API integrations with banks, PSPs (Payment Service Providers) and third-party vendors. Test transaction flows (success, failure, retries, timeouts) and edge cases.
3. Security & Compliance Testing: Perform penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and data encryption checks. Ensure PCI compliance and adherence to EMV, 3D Secure (3DS2), and SCA (Strong Customer Authentication).
4. Performance & Load Testing: Conduct stress testing to evaluate system behaviour under high transaction volumes (TPS - Transactions Per Second). Identify bottlenecks in authorization, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
5. Automation & Tools: Develop and maintain automated test scripts (using tools like Postman, Selenium, JMeter, or Karate). Work with CI/CD pipelines for regression testing.
6. Defect Management: Log, track, and prioritize bugs using JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar tools. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and compliance teams for issue resolution.
7. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain test documentation, including test cases, test data, and audit logs. Provide QA metrics and test summary reports to stakeholders.
