A Day in the Life
- Review pending tickets and join team stand-up to set priorities.
- Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, troubleshooting POS system issues.
- Escalate complex cases and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
- Log case details, update knowledge base, and share customer feedback.
- End the day by reviewing resolved cases and preparing handovers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat and provide prompt technical support for WowPe POS systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Escalate unresolved or complex technical problems to the Product and Engineering teams.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions in the support system.
- Update and improve knowledge base articles with new solutions and best practices.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and effective problem resolution.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/BE/B.Tech preferred).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

About the Role
We need a UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can craft seamless fintech experiences and maintain strong brand identity across products and marketing. The role includes UX design, branding, motion graphics, and creative strategy.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
- Design intuitive interfaces using Figma/Adobe XD for apps, dashboards, onboarding journeys, and web screens.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, micro-interaction specs, and UX flows.
- Develop component-based design systems aligned with developer structures.
- Deliver developer-ready files with proper organization, naming, auto-layout, breakpoints, constraints, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with developers for pixel-perfect implementation and QA.
Branding & Visual Identity
- Create brand identity systems (logo, typography, palettes, icons, illustrations).
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for product and marketing assets.
Social Media, Motion Graphics & Collateral
- Design creatives, banners, ads, promotional visuals, and product update graphics.
- Create animation videos, motion graphics, UI micro-interactions.
- Build reusable templates for campaigns, landing pages, and emailers.
Creative Strategy & Research
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to shape modern fintech experiences.
- Create mood boards, concept decks, and storytelling assets for campaigns and launches.
Requirements
- Up to 1 year of experience in UI/UX + Graphic Design (preferably fintech/tech).
- Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva (Blender is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of UX principles, design systems, typography, color theory, layouts, and responsive design.

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and growth-focused App Growth & ASO Executive who is passionate about mobile app promotion and understands alternative app marketing channels beyond Meta and Google. This role is ideal for a fresher or experienced up to 1 year to learn, experiment, and scale WowPe’s app installs and engagement through smart distribution strategies.
Key Responsibilities
App Promotion & Growth
Execute app install and promotion campaigns using display ads and third-party app platforms
Identify and manage non-traditional app promotion channels such as utility apps, fintech apps, publisher apps, OEM platforms, and affiliate networks
Explore innovative methods for merchant-led app adoption and offline-to-online installs
- App Store Optimization (ASO)
