About the Role

Solutionara is looking for a Technical Project Manager – Enterprise Technology to join our Global Delivery Center in Noida.

This is a hands-on technology delivery role for someone who can operate effectively between project management and engineering teams. • Track sprint commitments without treating Agile metrics as a substitute for actual delivery outcomes.

AI-Assisted Project Delivery

• Use AI and automation tools to improve project planning, documentation, meeting outputs, risk identification, status reporting, and delivery visibility.
• Identify repetitive project-management activities that can be automated or streamlined.
• Encourage responsible use of AI within project workflows while maintaining appropriate review, confidentiality, and accountability.

What We're Looking For

• 5–9 years of overall experience in technology delivery, with meaningful experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
• Experience managing software engineering, enterprise application, cloud, integration, data, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how software moves from requirements through development, testing, release, and production.

Ad-hoc Strategic Support

• Support leadership with data analysis, process documentation, workshops, and vendor coordination

• Act as a hands-on problem solver, not just a tracker

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 2–3 years of total work experience

• Exposure to PMO, consulting, operations excellence, transformation, or project execution roles preferred

• Manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP exposure is an advantage but not mandatory

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field

• MBA / PGDM (Operations, Strategy, General Management) preferred but not mandatory

Skills & Competencies

• Comfort engaging with senior management
