Escalation Engineer

We’re hiring a Founding SDR for a new project we’re launching at GTM Playroom.

This is for someone who wants to build from scratch, work closely with founders, and be part of an early GTM motion for the US market.

What you’ll work on:

* Outbound prospecting for the US market

* Lead generation and account research

* Writing and testing cold emails

* Creating personalized Loom videos for prospects

* Building early sales processes with the founding team

What we’re looking for:

* 6 months to 2 years of SDR / BDR / outbound experience

* Comfort with email, LinkedIn, research, and prospecting tools

* Strong communication skills

* Someone who enjoys ownership and does not want a monotonous role

* Prior experience working directly with founders is a strong add-on

Timings:

5 PM to 1 AM IST

5 days a week

This is not a standard SDR role where everything is already defined.

It is for someone who is excited to experiment, learn fast, and help build the outbound engine from day one.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Drive CI/CD pipelines for microservices and cloud architectures
• Design and operate cloud-native platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Manage Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters and containerized applications
• Develop automated pipelines and infrastructure scripts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on DevOps best practices
• Mentor development teams on continuous delivery and reliability
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

• 7+ years in DevOps/SRE roles
• Strong experience with AWS or Azure
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift
• Proficiency in Jenkins, Git, Maven, JIRA
• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, Perl, Ruby, JavaScript)
• Solid networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

• Experience with Helm, monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, New Relic, Datadog)
• Knowledge of Microservices and SOA architectures
• Familiarity with database technologies

Mandatory (Total Experience): Must have 5+ years of overall experience in Testing/QA

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of experience in testing AI/ML models and data-driven applications, across NLP, recommendation engines, fraud detection, and advanced analytics models

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have expertise in validating AI/ML models for accuracy, bias, explainability, and performance, ensuring decisions are fair, reliable, and transparent

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong experience to design AI/ML test strategies, including boundary testing, adversarial input simulation, and anomaly monitoring to detect manipulation attempts by marketplace users (buyers/sellers)

Mandatory (Tools & Frameworks): Proficiency in AI/ML testing frameworks and tools (like PyTest, TensorFlow Model Analysis, MLflow, Python-based data validation libraries, Jupyter) with the ability to integrate into CI/CD pipelines

Mandatory (Business Awareness): Must understand marketplace misuse scenarios, such as manipulating recommendation algorithms, biasing fraud detection systems, or exploiting gaps in automated scoring

Mandatory (Communication Skills): Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to articulate testing outcomes and issues.

Mandatory (Education):Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related discipline (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MS or equivalent)

Mandatory Location: Candidate must be based within Delhi NCR (100 km radius)

Preferred

Preferred (Certifications): Certifications such as ISTQB AI Testing, TensorFlow, Cloud AI, or equivalent applied AI credentials are an added advantage.

Role Description

We are looking for a Branding Designer / Graphic Designer to produce and oversee creative solutions to address our marketing needs. They should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques.

You should also have experience executing marketing

projects from conception to production, including logos, theme decks, website implementation and marketing. Ultimately, they should be able to determine the requirements and delivering high-quality

pieces on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Personal Skills

Oversee all branding design projects, from conception to delivery

Understand the brief, participate in brainstorming and produce creative designs that result in an engaging consumer journey.

Generate ideas and design dynamic original pieces and themes for sales and events.

These should include illustrations, infographics, gifs, typography and layouts made using graphic design softwares

Collaborate with the marketing team and copywriters to understand the

exact requirements and expectations.

Translate creative thinking into imagery and copy that retains and clearly expresses the initial ideas.

Keep creative elements under control in order to deliver them on brief, on time and on budget, often to tight deadlines.

Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.

Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Well-versed with social media and marketing and online platform banners

Contributing to the brand strategies developed for projects including ideas that

demonstrate insight and innovation; solutions that engage audiences

Being capable of taking responsibility for owning, shaping, developing and delivering creative projects while working as part of a team and individually.

Stay up-to-date with design and fashion trends, industry developments and tools.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 4 6 years of experience in graphic design, branding, illustrations etc. for creative agencies, other web companies, e-commerce industry etc.

Proficient in graphic design software Adobe, Figma, etc

Good communication skills plus professional written and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team

Strong aesthetic and visual design skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts in both static and basic motion graphics.

Attention to visual details

E-commerce background is a plus point.

Understanding the Fashion Space is a plus.

• Understanding of security breaches of data-in-transit and data-at-rest and knowledge in implementation for both.

• Knowledge/Aware of finding the vulnerabilities of the third-party components/libraries used in the application and remediating vulnerabilities.

Required skillset:

 Java, Android SDK, Rest API, SQLLite, Json, Enterprise mobility management (EMM) and EMV, POS application in Android(preferably version 4.4 Kitkat and API level 19 and above)
