Delivery Manager - ERP (Microsoft ERP- Dynamics 365)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of ERP implementation or upgrade projects from initiation through post-go-live support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and third-party vendors to deliver solutions.
- Drive project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, scope creep, and issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, quality assurance, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with ERP functional and technical leads to ensure solution design meets business needs.
- Facilitate change management processes and user adoption plans.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in delivery methodology
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT delivery/project management.
- At least one full-cycle ERP implementation experience
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, data migration, integrations, and configuration.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities and duties
Skill Set
Primary
- 4-7 years’ experience developing scalable Mobile, Web and Cloud based applications.
- 3-4 years’ experience with hybrid mobile applications using IonicJS.
- 3-4 years’ experience with backend frameworks: Node.js, Express.js, Mongoose.js.
- 3-4 years’ experience with JavaScript Frameworks such as Angular, CSS and HTML5.
- 1-2 years’ experience with Azure Cloud, Azure PaaS (Functions, Service Bus, etc.).
- 1-2 years’ experience with SQL Server and MongoDB database.
- Experience in developing applications involving data extraction, transformation, and visualization using tools like Power BI.
- Very strong experience with the orchestration of multiple asynchronous API calls via call backs, promises, and async/await.
- Hands-on experience with TDD, using libraries such as Mocha/Jasmine.
- Define and implement application & infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques to migrate workloads into Azure.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins pipelines would be a plus.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud would be a plus.
- Experience in developing native iOS and Android applications would be a plus.

Problem statement -
(1) There is ~70% drop off at checkout for most independent e-commerce retailer (outside of large marketplaces)
(2) E-commerce cart platforms allow minimal flexibility on checkout, with their experience still same as the last decade
(3) Whereas user experiences are defined by new consumer platforms such as Swiggy, Amazon, etc.
There is a fundamental unbundling of monolith shopping cart platforms globally for mid-market and enterprise customers, who are moving towards headless (read modular) architecture.
