Senior ML Engineer

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain java application phases, code, and software.
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging, as well as recommending changes to improve the established processes.
• Transform requirements into stipulations and identify production and non-production application issues
• Competence and comfort using multiple frameworks (e.g. Spark, Storm, Hadoop, Angular 2/4/5, Spring Boot)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and make adjustments in a testing environment.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?
About the Role: This role requires someone who would:

- Be responsible for creating and delivering on the product roadmap - Interface with design, engineering, business and growth teams and drive the desired outcome
- Understand user behaviour and champion consumers needs and strive to deliver the absolute best consumer experience

- Grow product adoption and key app metrics

Expectations/Requirements:

- A passionate APM / Senior Product Associate with 3+ years of experience in Product Management

- Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys taking end-to-end ownership of the product and work across stakeholders to achieve the desired objectives for the product

- A keen eye for understanding the end user and creating product-led solutions to bridge user need gaps

- Strong analytical skills, ability to define KPIs, KPI dashboards and success metrics.

- Prioritization: The PM should be able to carry out effective prioritization of user stories balancing between user experiences, business requirements, tech debts and resourcing. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

- Love for simplifying - Knowledge of product development processes - Being a leader and an inspiration to your entire team - Ability to take internal and external stakeholders along

• Strong experience in e-learning and instructional design.
• Ability to design, develop and build blended learning experiences
• Review storyboards and final product build.
• Familiar with full CDLC, including Analysis, Storyboarding, Review, theories.
• Should be able to communicate effectively in visual, oral, and written form and deliver engaging e-learning content
• Client interaction/ management.
• Will be involved in Cross-functional activities to get the task done.

• Support the transition by planning and overseeing the transfer of members from one location to another, including but not limited to operational readiness, support documentation, knowledge transfer and acceptance checklists
• Support in ensuring transition activity is planned and executed to schedule, budget and scope
• Support in establishing transition end to end plans including infrastructure support models, change management, risk assessment and mitigation, resource planning and service management with clear tollgates
• Liaise with transition lead on milestone scheduling, knowledge transfer activities, and communication of progress (KPIs)
• Keep stakeholders involved in transition process and update them with the progress and roadblocks
• Promote awareness of transition planning and support processes within the GCC
• Support the Transition Lead to source and assess opportunities to expand the centre (including assessment of Make vs. Buy, offshore / on shore)
• Work directly with third party resources on a day-to-day basis to support the transition process during the set-up of the GCC

Skills:

• Proven knowledge of service transition methodology, tools and templates through experience or qualifications
• The ability to identify, escalate and manage project risks with the Transition Lead
• 3+ years of experience transitioning / offshoring / outsourcing projects / functions across sub processes such as Biostatistics, reg. affairs, clinical ops, drug safety, medical Governance, strategy and planning, pharma covigilance
• Good exposure in previous roles to multi-cultural, transversal functions
• Pharma background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in different project phases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
